Nice place to stay

I booked the hotel but didn't stay because I booked the wrong date. It is true that the booking is under no refund if cancel or amend the booking. After realizing that my property was booked on the wrong date, I approached trip.com and they informed me that they would contact me back with feedback within 30 mins to an hour. I called them in the afternoon, and they finally contacted me back at 8pm. Trip.com called and told me that there was extra charge for changing the date and the extra charge had to settle within 30 mins. I agreed with the charge but I also told trip.com that I was not able to make a paymemt at the moment they requested. They didn't tell me that this is urgency. They only reschedule the call to the next day. In the next day call, they said they need to recheck again if the hotel still allowed the amendment and the charge could be higher than yesterday. I was frustrated. This is unproductive. They failed to make me understand why the extra charge was increased. This is probably the first and last time I would used this online travel agent to reserve my accommodation

Хороший недорогой отель. Посередине между платами и центром Хуа-хина. Просторный номер, балкон. Лифт. Рядом ресторан - недорого и вкусно вечером покушать.

住宅式酒店。我們訂的房型是一廳兩卧兩衞一廚帶陽台，陽台上俯視樓下游泳池。房間極大、廚衞設施齊全，非常適合長住的親子家庭。前台態度友善得體，英語流利。和周邊同類酒店相比，住宿價格非常便宜，極高性價比！附近有個“蟬創意夜市”，衹在每週五、六、日營業，步行可至，值得去逛逛。

Facilities are great. Location is good, easy to walk to the beach and get food. Staff are very welcome. I like the well care of beautiful garden made the environment so refreshing. For the shuttle service need to be improved, there was no driver while I stayed there. I would say it all GOOD.

Mostly everything is good. Except on front desk receptionist very rude. Not friendly, I have to go in to Bang for 5 days business trip so when I get back room is clean but no water, this morning I requested from her on front desk, she tells to wait until room getting cleaned, I told her that I am trusty , I need water now but she refuses. and I spoke to different ladies here they are Experian the same. So I guess that’s how she treats everyone. I just keep on putting my big smile. This is my 5 hotel in one month. I can work for you too. As a reviewer

It was good but base of bed bigger than bed hit my sheen a couple of times

The hotel room is clean and comfortable. Fresh towels and water replenished daily. The pool is very nice with a waterfall feature and beautiful gardens and trees on one side. It is just minutes walk to the beach and night markets. I would stay here again.

酒店偏向華欣南面，與市中心有一定距離，建議自駕。酒店對面正是Cicada創意市集，環境寧靜。水壓水溫好，有大雪櫃。露台灰塵較多。

A lot went wrong When i check-ins the desk clerk lady told me to keep the sheets clean or she'll charges me for it. I've never heard of such things and i travels all over the world. Where does she expect me to sleep? The safe lock is dated and not working. The wifi is on and off every few seconds. TV has no signals. Bathroom rug were torn. Location from the hua hin train station is about 14 minutes car ride not as close like the website mentioned. See my Google reviews and pictures.

Situazione drammatica. Mai stato così male. Tutto completamente negativo ma soprattutto le ragazze alla reception rubano i soldi. Mi è successo a me e ad altri clienti. Ho chiamato la polizia. State veramente attenti perché vi rubano i soldi. Sono le ragazze alla reception delle ladre. Jean è La ladra furba. Chiamata alla polizia. Se volete un consiglio non andate in questo hotel.

A Hua Hin gem. The hotel is modern, has a nice pool surrounded by lush plants, has a restaurant right next door that serves great food and amazing coffee for those of us who need our morning coffees, and the location is primo! The room is again, modern, bright, the shower is nice and strong, and the air conditioner works great! To add a cherry on top; the staff here are just lovely people! I actually extended my stay here! lol
