Lovely, peaceful spot, with a modern, spartan building, sided by a broad “infinity pond” with koi, fat carps and crabs! The restaurant is very “un-Chinese” from a western perspective that expects stereotyped round tables and an infinity of dishes. Simple, tasty dishes, western-style menu and cuisine. Carry your own trays back to the kitchen. Very popular place even on weekdays, but not overcrowded. Also convenient located a few minutes drive from the great laughing Buddha temple on the same valley.
