A good hotel room stay experience is often characterized by comfort, cleanliness, and helpful service. Guests generally appreciate a clean and well-maintained room with a comfortable bed, a functional bathroom, and essential amenities like a TV and Wi-Fi. A positive stay experience also includes friendly and efficient staff, a convenient location

The location of the place is very pathetic. And the condition of the rooms and hotel is terrible. In photo it looks good but in real no one will say it’s a hotel. After evening the place feels very dark and lonely.

The food and location were satisfactory. However, regarding the facilities, the bathroom was below expectations — both the main shower and the hand shower were not functioning properly, and the bathroom window glass was broken, compromising privacy. Although I did not raise a formal complaint at the time due to lesser concerns over security and privacy, these issues were notable. Despite these inconveniences, I requested a late checkout extension of 1–2 hours and even offered to pay for the additional time. Unfortunately, the hotel did not accommodate this request, which was disappointing, especially considering this was my third consecutive stay at the property, each time for three nights.

Near to howrah railway station. Stay was comfortable. Room was spacious for 3 adults. Overall good stay
