Check-in was hassle-free. The staff were cooperative. But, the room was dirty and lots of mosquitoes were there. I requested for Allout/Mortein which they gave after 30 mins but it was faulty and didn't work. Although the bed was clean yet a few small bugs were found on the pillow. Ventilation of the room was not good

My experience was really good. I loved their hospitality. Only thing is that outside food is not allowed, if they allow food then it will be great thank you. How to upgrade image

Room is okay but service is terrible. Took almost 4 hours and 5-6 calls to get a simple glass and plates.

Good hotel near howrah railway station. It’s a value for money kinda hotel. Staff is good and responsive. But getting cab in early morning is a problem. No thanks

They were asking for charges for bed sheets and that is also 1000 and telling the reason that u made the bed sheets dirty

Desolate location, hotel is on the second floor, rooms are different sizes, no hot water and the plumbing is outside. We paid for the full day but only checked in around 3:30am. He started calling us just 6 hours later at 9:30am asking us to check out by 10am or pay the extra day charges. Water is not good here.
