Sharnee you are a star ⭐ I lost my Apple Watch during a short stay before we travelled to Paris. I think it must have fallen out of my bag when we left the hotel. I called reception and Sharnee couldn't have been more helpful! Sharnee went around the hotel and carpark looking for the missing item and found it! The watch is now in safe keeping and I can honestly say what a relief! Thankyou so much from the bottom of my heart! You have been so unbelievably helpful! You are a credit to premier inn and your kindness as a person should be valued! I appreciate you going the extra mile! With best wishes, Amy Bodenham

Arrived a 20 minutes early, with my daughter. We were ignored to start by giggling staff at reception, then I asked to check in to be told she could not override the system come back later. Through out our stay we felt staff needed training in customer care. Building very tired Would not stay there again, stayed there 5 years ago was totally different experiance

What you get is on the tin. Room was OK as was the bed and reception. Plenty of car parking space. The parking area in front of the hotel maybe full put there is plenty of space to the side and back of the hotel. Breakfast was a bit basic but no complaints. Easy and quick drive to the cross channel ferry terminal.

We had a night stay here ready to jump on the Eurotunnel early the next day for a trip to DisneylandParis. The room was clean, staff friendly, and shower was amazing. Perfect after a 3hr drive, and convenient for onward travel in the early hours.

Hotel was just what we needed the night before our ferry crossing. It would have been nice to have an early breakfast but for just us it wouldn’t have been worth it for them. Always stay at a premier inn when we can as they are always good and as expected.

We stayed here so we wouldn't have to get up super early to get the ferry to France. It met all our expectations of a Premier Inn. We hade a very friendly welcome. The wi-fi was great. The bed was comfortable. There were enough pillows. The bath was welcome. The breakfast was very good value and started early enough to meet our travel needs

Room dated and needs a face lift, no basic Wifi and even paid for the premier one which still didn't work, plumbing issues and no food being served at the pub next door on the first night of my visit. so not a great experience. Staff were helpful and shower was great.
