"We had booked two nights through "vialuxuryhotels" and simultaneously reserved a gastronomic 5-course dinner for the 2nd evening. Upon arrival it took a while before they came to help us, the receptionist was also a bartender at that time! Very friendly and helpful. The superior room was clean and the beds were good, the bathroom was also nice, although it took until the next day to get the heating working (hidden thermostat). The promised bathrobes and slippers were not available (due to not being delivered by the laundry); We did receive the bathrobes the next day. On the 2nd evening we had free bitterballen when ordering a drink in the bar. Even though the room was empty and there were two waiters walking around, no one came by our table, so we ended up ordering at the counter ourselves. The bitterballen were baked too long and were hollow on the inside. After we commented about this, we were offered a new portion by the friendly receptionist. The t****th starter of the 5-course menu, after a beef carpaccio that was unremarkable, was half a quail with parsnip puree and Grand Marnier sauce, according to the menu. No parsnips tasted in the tiny amount of puree, the sauce was more of a red currant jelly, so not a Grandmarnier sauce. The main course promised well, a range of duck fillet with Grand veneur sauce and croquettes; the reality, however, was different: 3 small but too thick, overcooked (and therefore tough) slices of duck, with a watery, bland meat gravy in which 2 half mushrooms and a piece of bacon with cartilage were floating. From what I believe (and contrary to what I tasted), a Grand Veneur sauce is made from red wine, cognac and cream. The croquettes were not real croquettes but 4 pine cones. In short, neither a truly bistronomic nor gastronomic experience. The waiters clearly had little experience: they ignored the comments we made in silence. The breakfast is okay, there is certainly enough, one downside: the rolls are pre-baked and further baked in the oven. We understand that there may be staffing problems and fully understand this, but we will not come here again. Or certainly not for eating! The sauna is a nice addition and the cabin is the perfect temperature. Too bad there are only 2 sun loungers."

Erittäin huolellinen aamiainen kauniilla hedelmäsalaatilla, tuoreilla croissanteilla ja aseilla, rypäleen puristemehulla, muna ... ei huomaa mitään! (Huomio liukuinen lattia kylpyhuoneessa.
