"This hotel is located outside of the city center of Barcelona. It is just across from Fira Barcelona Gran Via, which has a L9 South metro stop. Hence, it is not difficult to go to the city from the hotel. The room is spacious with nice decor but the hotel seems a little old as there are some cracks here and there. The gym is usable but not really complete. There is a huge selection of food for the breakfast but they are not the best, either."

"Nous avons séjourné dans la suite au 9e étage. L’hôtel est situé à Plaza Catalunya, parfait pour explorer la ville sans devoir utiliser les transports ou taxi. La suite était sur 2 étages, confortable et très propre avec vu sur la Plaza Catalunya. Le personnel accueillant et toujours disponible. Un endroit parfait pour un séjour réussi à Barcelone, je recommande vivement !"

"Very basic room. No refrigerator, no safety box, very clean though. Will hold your luggage if arrived early. Full size bath tub. No separate body wash, shampoo or conditioner. One bottle takes care all 3 ???. No body lotion. Hair dryer is only available at the receptionist .TV has local air Chanel’s. No movies. 6 minutes walk to Metro station. 30 minutes to airport.The road is pavement, rolling suitcases are fine."

"Location is relatively far away from the main attractions of barcelona but you can take a taxi or the metro to reach them easilly. Great room with a hottub and double shower. The room had a hottub and double shower which was great but the controls for the temperature were very sensitive so difficult to get it right, also whenever we had a shower all the water would go everywhere in the room because there is nothing to stop the shower water from reaching the bathroom or other areas of the room. There was only a small towel for the wiping our feet so water still went everywhere. There was free instant coffee, tea and water in the room for us as well as bath robes and slippers. Air conditioning worked well and the bed was very comfortable. We only had breakfast once during our stay but the breakfast was very rich with good options for the price. There is room service available but we didnt take anything."

"Great location, close to the cathedral and gothic quarters. Quiet at night. Design - The hotel boasts fashionable designs and fragrances that go with the vibe. It’s clear that the hotel is managed by a professional marketer. Service - Staff was professionally trained and greeted guests upon entering or leaving the hotel. Amenities - However, the hotel is advised to solidify its marketing prowess with matching operational details. A big issue during my stay was the temperature of the hot water in the shower, which was not stable and fluctuated wildly between chilly and hot. It goes without saying that having stable hot water makes a HUGE difference for the stay experience, especially during winter times. This was a big let down. Also, the toiletries provided were chosen on the cheap and didn’t match the 5-star impression projected by the trendy designs."

"Un hôtel vraiment charmant, avec une déco à la fois cozy et moderne. Tout le personnel est extrêmement agréable, et mention spéciale à la personne à l’accueil, vraiment adorable et qui parle très bien français! Je suis très exigeante sur l’hygiène, et là,c’était simplement impeccable: les chambres comme les espaces communs sont d’une propreté impeccable. Bravo à l’équipe d’entretien qui fait un travail remarquable."

"We had an excellent experience at this hotel. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a lovely male receptionist who made us feel genuinely welcome. Even though we arrived 30 minutes before the official check-in time, he kindly arranged an early check-in for us, and the whole process was smooth and efficient. We were given a room on the 5th floor, and it exceeded all our expectations. The hotel is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the train station, with several local supermarkets nearby, including one just a few doors down. The main tourist attractions are a bit too far to reach on foot, but they’re very easy to access by train. However, if you don’t mind walking, as we didn’t, Sagrada Família is only about a 25-minute walk away, and many other sights can also be reached on foot without any trouble. The hotel provides a card to indicate whether you’d like housekeeping, and every time we selected “yes,” the housekeeping team did an outstanding job. We stayed for four nights, and the service was consistently excellent. All the receptionists were incredibly friendly and polite, always greeting us with warm, welcoming smiles. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel."

"Large, clean and comfortable room. No frills. It was summer but the air conditioning worked great. Staff were competent and polite but not exactly friendly. If you’re a tea drinker, you may wish to bring your own mug as the cups provided in the kitchen are sized for espresso and small. There were larger cups available at the breakfast buffet but we weren’t allowed to bring them to our room. The breakfast was lovely, I thought. Worth the 14 euros each. The spread was similar everyday but the food was such high quality I happily ate it three days in a row. Location was excellent. Didn’t realise it was 10 minutes walk to Av. Diagonal which has pretty tree-lined streets and nice shops in L’illa Mall Diagonal."
