The mid-2012 reorganized 106m² large apartment with an open design of living dining area and openKitchen is located in a restricted traffic zone. There are two bedrooms with double beds andcan stay on a sofa bed on the two additional people.The bathroom has a bath, shower and toilet. At the entrance there is another guest toilet.From the living room and one bedroom to get to the two terraces each. TV and Wi-Fi is available. All rooms except the bedroom and the pantry are,solar heated with underfloor heating.Washer and dryer are in the closet yet.
