"Huone on erittäin iso, ei ollenkaan sellainen kuin Japanin pitäisi olla. Parvekkeelta näkee meren kaupungin läpi, mikä antaa sille enemmän elämää kuin puhdas merinäköalahuone. Kuuma lähde on erittäin mukava, ja haluan nukkua hyvät unet siinä liotuksen jälkeen. Peitto on erityisen mukava. Pomo on japanilainen ja vuokranantaja kiinalainen. He eivät vain esitelleet ympäröivät nähtävyydet yksityiskohtaisesti, vaan he tekivät myös erikoismatkan auttamaan meitä toimittamaan matkatavaramme Atamin asemalle, mikä pelasti. paljon vaivaa ja paljon aikaa."

"Everything was great and sometimes far above our expectations. The building is quite new, very well designed, each room has it's own name and has panoramic view from the balcony. We loved everything about our stay: from meals (which were surprisingly good, despite some negative reviews!) to spacious room and relaxing onsen... Separately I'd like to highlight the service: unfortunately I didn't ask the name of receptionist who hosted us, but her warm welcome, perfect English and readiness to help with everything was heartwarming! She definitely made that stay for us! Although location is a bit far from train station and might not be convenient if your goal is to explore Atami and its surroundings, however for those travelling by car (like us) it is perfect: it is in very calm and tranquil area on the cliff, ideal for relax and rest. They also provide free and spacious parking, so nothing to complain at all. Overall to me it was 11 out of 10."

"Excellent resort it was only opened for a month brand new and clean. Onsen was great and buffet breakfast came with a view. Will definitely come back next year but not in a weekend as there were too many people"

"The hotel was great, wonderful service, good food, nice staff overall, however, Fuua spa was a bit disappoint with no extra towels to use. I would suggest to bring a bottle of drinking water or you would have to purchase. We stayed in the mountain side because it was cheaper but the ocean view would be great. You can see ropeway going up and down on the mountain side. Bus runs for free between the station and the hotel every 20 minutes or so. No reservation needed. It’s right in front of McDonalds at the station. Bus is not large. I would suggest to get there a bit early if you want to sit with your company together. You have a half off ropeway discount in the card you get at the check in counter so don’t throw it away after check out the hotel :)"

"An amazing place to stay with a location which is near lots of restaurants and even a grocery store. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach. Also there are private hot springs on the top floor which are constantly available and free to use! Loved this hotel very much and it made the stay at Atami very magical and memorable. Thank you for the great time!"

"お部屋はとても清潔感があり、広くて快適でした。チェックインや館内ではスタッフや利用客とすれ違うことがほとんどないです。落ち着いている一方で、人の気配があまりなく少し怖かったです。商店街の方から歩いてホテルに向かったのですが、とても急な坂道で雨も降っていて荷物も持っていたので、徒歩だとかなりきつかったです。車でない方はタクシーが良いと思います。駅からはすぐなので配車アプリでもとてもスムーズに移動できます。夏は虫が出るそうです。個人的に卓球台があるのが嬉しかったです。また機会があれば利用したいです！"

"I suppose the charm of Atami is that the whole area is a little bit 'dated' as far as a resort goes, and this hotel definitely aligns with that - it seems like a place that was once great and is now kind of just rolling along bringing in what money it can. The food is serviceable but totally uninspired - an upscale cafeteria masquerading as something better than it is with 'chefs' wearing their whites. The entire dining room constantly smells of fryer oil from the tempura - which they still make and keep stock of in such large quantities that it is never fresh and crispy anyways (especially the shrimp, which has not been sufficiently dried before battering). The remaining hot dishes are very disappointing both in terms of variety and overall flavor. The sushi and sashimi is the standout of the food, although it too is very basic - not anything that will blow your mind, but acceptably tasty and reasonably fresh (although on our second night everything tasted a bit soapy/bleachy). As a westerner you will be very disappointed by the breakfast, although that's a 'me' problem rather than a hotel problem per se. The spa facilities are nice but a bit dated - be careful in your selection of both time and location unless you want to be surrounded with many loud (mostly Chinese) children. Private spas are available and are quite nice, although again dated. Nonetheless at around 60 USD for an hour the price is good for the privacy, especially as a westerner who is otherwise subject to quite a bit of staring at this mostly local and Chinese spa. We stayed in a deluxe king room, which was spacious with an enormous and comfortable bed, and a (For japan) reasonably sized tub. Room and desk service was good. The hotel is a bit off the beaten path but has regular free shuttles to/from Atami station, which is where the main tourist streets for shopping etc can be found. Highly suggest checking out Golden Eye for some excellent Ramen."

"This is one of the best onsen hotels we have stayed. Great ambiance, amazing infrastructure and interior. Breakfast was nutritious and delicious too! Even it’s located a bit far up, but with taxi, it’s very accessible. I would recommend all visitors to stay with Soki Atami!"

"有班車到熱海站，比較方便。雖然是可以看到海，但是房間在三層，陽台前面有一顆很高大的棕櫚樹，很遮擋視線，本館房間設施很老舊，應該有個幾十年的歷史了，一進屋就有一股不太舒服的味道。餐食方面，自助餐要分時段限流，取餐時比較擁擠，總之就是非常一般的體驗，煙火大會當晚漲價明顯，不過和周圍酒店相比還是有價格優勢的。"

"酒店服務很耐心。提前把空調開好。酒店對預訂住客提供接送至JR來宮火車站的汽車接送服務。很棒。這次預訂的房間有自用衞生間與淋浴間。"
