"We absolutely enjoyed our stay here, the place is a little cute village vibe. If your looking for somewhere a bit more quiet this is the perfect place for you. The west lake is close by didi. We actually walked over which took a bit longer but really worth it it cause you see a lot of great views. Our hotel accommenders were amazing, so friendly even though there was a language barrier. They helped upgraded our room for free and even carried our heavy luggage up the spiral stairs even though we refused. Truly recommend this place, 100% worth it."

"獨自出來旅行住了這家日式風格温泉民宿是這個假期做的最正確的決定了！位置絕佳，我想去太子灣和雷峯塔，住這裏就超近，溜個彎就能到。而民宿本身在的闊石板村卻非常幽靜，穿上他們家漢服在旁邊的長橋溪公園拍照非常出片，説真的漢服適配度太高了，當然室內佈景也非常有格調，日式風情滿滿，而且門口的貓貓管家也太可愛了吧。房間裏還有獨立湯泉，現在這個温度，泡40度的温泉剛剛好，這裏的店員服務和設施都很貼心，我能想到的他們都替我想到了，這次旅行真的把自己養得很好哈哈，強推！"

"Great location, close to everything. Room was perfect size, and the toilet seat was a highlight! I’m going to miss the luxury when I returned. However, the staff were unhelpful, no welcome greeting- I’m not fussy - just expecting basic service. The room had a strong cigarette smell, which was unpleasant. Navigation was also tricky due to the unclear signage - the name seemed to have changed without notice. Overall, an average experience. 3/5 stars."

"A Truly Refreshing Stay at Vienna International Hotel (Fuyang Changkou) My recent stay at the Vienna International Hotel in Fuyang Changkou was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. As a frequent traveler, I have high expectations for comfort, service, and value, and this hotel exceeded them all. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the elegant and distinctively European lobby. The check-in process was swift and seamless, handled by the incredibly polite and professional front desk staff. They greeted me with genuine warmth and were very helpful in answering my questions about the local area. My room was a haven of comfort. It was impeccably clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The signature Vienna aesthetic, with its classic touches and soothing color palette, created a very relaxing atmosphere. The bed was exceptionally comfortable – the mattress and pillows provided perfect support, ensuring I had two nights of deep, restful sleep. The room was well-equipped with modern amenities, including a strong and stable Wi-Fi connection, a flat-screen TV, and a powerful air conditioning system that allowed me to set the perfect room temperature. The ensuite bathroom was spotless, with excellent water pressure in the shower and a generous supply of hot water. While I didn't have time to explore all the hotel facilities, the overall environment was quiet and peaceful, which is crucial for a business traveler. The hotel's location in the Changkou area of Fuyang was convenient for my needs, offering a respite from the busier city center while still being accessible. What truly stood out, however, was the consistent high level of service. Every staff member I encountered, from the housekeeping team to the breakfast attendants, was courteous and attentive. In conclusion, my stay at the Vienna International Hotel (Fuyang Changkou) was outstanding. It offers exceptional value for money, combining top-notch comfort, impeccable cleanliness, and superb service. I would not hesitate to choose this hotel again on my next visit to the area and highly recommend it to both business and leisure travelers seeking a reliable and pleasant stay."

"Walkable distance to Westlake (a v nice walk). Very clean rooms with a cute AI audio assistant (to speak to in Chinese to change songs etc.) and fantastic service from the staff - we spoke via WeChat and they responded immediately (whether we needed to clean our rooms, or them notifying us that our delivery food has arrived and they’ve placed it at our doors). They have been so hospitable and it made the stay so nice!  A very nice place to stay in if you want somewhere tranquil and nice to stay that’s not amidst the hustle / crowds at westlake. I saw the other hotels I contemplated booking previously and found them too near high tourist traffic. Very happy with our decision to book here :) will defo book here again if we come back to Hangzhou (even our DIDI driver mentioned that this place looks v nice hehe).  Also there’s a cafe downstairs :) with v nice view and just good vibes. "民宿位置比較高，所以山景很棒，滿覺隴的山有種大隱隱於市的感覺。停得了車，擼得了貓，爬得了山，烤得了火，叫得了外賣。 門口下坡就是87路水樂洞站，滿覺隴，楊梅嶺，翁家山，龍井村，雙峯，茅家埠一條線全覆蓋，比自駕找停車位方便。 民宿旁就是上南高峯的山路，下午帶娃小爬了一圈，慢走1.5小時搞定，然後從煙霞洞下山，途中可以看到茶園景和西湖全貌。 很有温度的民宿，謝謝店家幫忙照顧兩位腿腳不便的長者，給他們延遲退房補了個午覺。也謝謝民宿可愛的小哥哥幫我們提行李，謝謝主人請我們吃烤紅薯，娃回家路上一口氣幹了兩個。"

"性價比絕了。房間特別大，有一種連鎖酒店興起前那種看起來正兒八經的酒店的感覺。早餐比較豐盛。水壓很足，洗漱用品雖然是比較普通的牌子貨但也是牌子貨，比大部分酒店隨便找廠定製的東西要有保障。就是上樓不太方便，要讓前台幫忙刷卡。"

"Really good customer service and amazing value for price. They gave us a free room upgrade with a balcony! Made our stay feel truly special. Ordering delivery was easy and they deliver it straight to your door so you don't have to pick it up from the front desk. Hotsprings costs 88rmb per ticket but was really nice to enjoy after a long day of exploring Hangzhou. Location is a bit further away from the city centre and West Lake, but the quality and service is worth it."

"It’s a lovely and atmospheric place to stay, close to a  traditional quarter great for shopping and wandering around. The accommodation is a bit hard to find and getting there, if you have any suitcases, will be a bit noisy and effortful. The rooms are clean and are well equipped. Some noise from other rooms if guests are being loud in the common area or noise from the hustle and bustle outside, which is inevitable. The service is a little distant. They are helpful and understanding but I wouldn’t say it feels friendly. For example, they were very gracious to stay up late and wait for us due to a delay flight and therefore check-in, but offered no assistance with our luggage. They would kindly bring us daily refreshments but whenever you enter or leave the accommodation, there is no acknowledgement or greeting at the front desk. It may just be a cultural thing but it does feel strange. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here."
