Anstatthotel Horw - Self-Check-IN

全自助𣎴經人手的酒店 從琉森車站出來的巴士站J月台坐20號巴士，酒店門口落車，超級方便，只是要往超市的話最好從琉森火車站買。酒店附近的Horw火車站也有超市，但走路有點遠。入住前必須下載酒店App pre--checkin並支付城市稅，之後憑App 上的電子鎖匙開房門，與職員聯絡全靠whatsapp，回覆快。露台有電動窗簾，卡住了就出𣎴了門，要找職員幫忙。房內廚房有微波爐，電磁爐，咖啡機，無冷氣，有風扇，沒有風筒。對面是球會運動場，有跑道可以去跑圈。整體評價酒店明亮乾淨，適合預算𣎴高，𣎴需太多服務的旅客。

Noisy and hot. Very uncomfortable stay because of the noisy road (have to leave the window open as there’s no ac) and passive smoke from neighbours/restaurant. Bathroom also not properly separated from the main living area which is not ideal with sleeping children in the main bedroom.

La stanza è abbastanza pulita,sul soffitto ci sono macchie di caffè,non ci sono punti luce indipendenti tra le due parti della stanza,il bagno è la vera pecca,piccolo,con una porta a vetri che non si chiude,è un lavabo veramente minuscolo.La posizione del residence oltre ad essere fuori dalla città, è situato in un posto dove non c’è nulla vicino,neanche un bar per la prima colazione.Consigliato solo per necessità 😌

Otel çalışanı yok sadece temizlik çalışanları mevcut. Onlar da sabahları asansörü meşgul ediyorlar. Odada hassas olduğu söylenen ve yemek yaparken sizi çok zorlayan bir yangın alarm sistemi var. Davlumbazı açmak zorundasınız ve çok gürültülü çalışıyor. Banyodaki sensörlü ışık bazen yanıyor, bazen yanmıyor. Yastıklar çok yumuşaktı, içeri göçüyordu. Allahtan yanımda sert yastık getirmiştim de uyuyabildim. Yataklar oturup duvara yaslandığınızda altınızdan kayıyor. Sık sık yatak itip düzeltmeniz gerekiyor. Dolaptaki tabaklar tozluydu. Kadehlerde dudak izi vardı. Kullanabilmek için hepsini yıkadım. Temizlik için ek ücret isteniyor. Çöpler yemek yapılan bir yer olduğu için önemli olmasına rağmen siz oteli terk edene kadar alınmıyor. Temizliğin şart olduğu bir yerde niye ek ücret ödenmek zorunda anlamadım. Otelin yalıtımı hem sıcak-soğuk dengesi hem de ses açısından çok iyi. İnterneti çok hızlı. Şehir merkezine yakın ve otel karşısından 15 dakikada bir otobüs hareket ediyor. Otelde çalışan olmamasını beğenmedim, güvenli de bulmadım. Kapı açılışında sorun yaşadık. Banyonun kapısı camdan ve kapanmıyor. Çok düşüncesiz bir seçim bu.

Siamo stati trattati benissimo! Hanno risolto ogni singolo problema che abbiamo avuto nei minimi dettagli! L'appartamento è carino, pulito, completo in ottima posizione (vicino all'Università HSLU e vicino al lago). Il centro di Lucerna è a soli 10 minuti di bus/auto. Un grande centro commerciale (PilatusMarkt) si trova ad un solo chilometro di distanza. Hanno anche accettato di ricevere la nostra posta. Gentilissimi! Prezzo ragionevole, così com'è ragionevole il prezzo del parcheggio a disposizione. Amanti dei cani siete i benvenuti! Il nostro cagnone si è trovato benissimo sul "suo" mega balcone :) La presenza del cucinino ci ha permesso di mangiare a casa tutti i giorni o quasi e quindi di risparmiare un bel po' di soldini visti i prezzi dei ristoranti in Svizzera!

The 'superior room' was ok for a short stay. Room had a small stove top, think it was induction, micro, utensils, glasses, plates and small refrigerator. . Believe the room is serviced only every 5 days. There is a coffee maker but limited pods and no milk. The bathroom has a frosted glass door, open at top and bottom so not much privacy. A motion sensor light goes on when using the toilet at night illuminating not only the bathroom since there is a glass door. There is only one reading lamp and it was in the middle of the bed, somewhat awkward if one wants to read without keeping the spouse awake. There was a bus stop nearby and it was possible to walk to Horw, where bus tickets can be bought. A few restaurants are within walking distance but not many choices on Sunday. This hotel does not provide the bus pass provided by inner city hotels. At 4.10 CHF one way, bus fares can add up possibly negating any savings by staying outside the city. The facility is contactless, there apparently is no hotel management on site. One has to download an app that opens the building and room door via bluetooth so make sure your phone is fully charged. For us, we had major problems with the app and had to delete, reload the app several times to finally open the door to get into the building and again into the room, fortunately it was not cold, nor raining. Recommendation is to find a housekeeper in the morning who can generate a door card so that there are no app issues.
