Stayed at Rowe House whilst doing the Yorkshire 3 peaks Absolutely stunning property. Rooms are beautiful and the owners are exceptional and couldn’t be more accommodating The breakfast was lovely and when we arrived back after finishing our walk there was a lovely homemade scone waiting for us

We spent three days in Horton-in-Ribblesdale walking on the hills and visiting Settle. This was our first experience of the Rowe House and this lovely B&B really made our stay. It was wonderful to return to such a welcoming place at the end of each day. Everything is set up for walkers with a drying area for coats and a sitting room stocked with books about the area. Jane lent us a map for one of our walks, as ours was outdated, and for our day in Settle she lent us a leaflet which made for a fun tour. The bedroom was incredibly comfortable and the breakfast was the best we can remember. Good local suppliers obviously help. Robert is an experienced pastry chef and his cakes, biscuits and scones are amazing including tasty chocolate brownies made with almost no sugar.

We stayed in the Shippon which is just next door to the B&B. It was immaculately kept with really thoughtful touches from the hosts such as freshly ground coffee and banana loaf on our second day. It was lovely to meet Robert and Jane - they were very helpful in advising us re: our route doing the three peaks on 2 different days. Horton on Ribblesdale was a great location for what we wanted to do (climb the 3 hills!). Worth keeping an eye on the trains as they are not that regular but this is a perfect, well connected place to stay.

Fantastic B&B. Best ever stay. We stayed here to do the Three Peaks challenge. Arrived the evening before to be given pot of tea with cake. Fantastic bedroom with en suite shower. Spotless ! Beautiful decor and furnishings. Lovely shower and bathroom. Comfortable bed with crisp sheets and duvet. Tea and coffee facilities. Amazing view of the first peak and a beautiful walled garden. The owners grow their own fruit and vegetables. Full cooked breakfast with granola first. Large pot of coffee and sour dough toast. Lovely. The attention to detail is fantastic. Garden herbs in the butter and breakfast. Fresh juices. We had a packed lunch made for us. Maps and helpful advice on the walks. After our walk there was fresh strawberry tartlets with whipped cream waiting for us when we got back. Bottled water available and honesty chocolates and drinks. Lovely hosts - great to chat and discuss matters with. 100% score. Cannot fault. I will definitely stay there again.

Lovely B&B, fabulous hosts, great breakfast, spotlessly clean. I stayed at Rowe House for 3 nights on my recent Pennine Way walk. Jane and Robert were excellent hosts. The most delicious porridge and the cheese soufflé 😋. If you are in the Dales - Stay here !

Beautiful B&B. In Ribblesdale. Owners Robert &Jane, are very hospitable and knowledgeable regarding the area with suggestions and numerous written info/maps if needed. The breakfast is well presented and delicious. There is an afternoon treat of cake on your return from a day walking or visiting the Dales and beyond. There is fresh milk available for your tea or coffee, not the nasty uht. Nice fluffy dressing gown. The best toiletries to use in the bathroom. Robert and Jane are a lovely couple. We thank you both for our fantastic stay with you and enjoyed our chats. We would highly recommend and hope to return.

Just back from 2 night stay. Fantastic stay - comfy bed, beautifully decorated room and amazing bath and gorgeous bubble bath! The breakfast was delicious as were the complimentary freshly baked cakes - eaten after a long day walking! Jane and Roger were very welcoming. I couldn’t recommend it more!

You decide if this is customer care. Booked 2 caravans pitches. Paid £40 deposit for 3 nights mid week - not weekend/bank hols, 5 months hence. After 3 hours was told my Swift Challenger single axle is 35cms over their length restriction. Please cancel? was told sternly no refunds. After much ado was refunded £30 and told they will forward the remaining £10. They didn't.

I stayed at The Rowe House for two days walking the Yorkshire three peaks and could not have asked for a better place. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and friendly throughout, the room was clean and well stocked and the location incredible. Would 100% recommend to anyone travelling in the area - I’m already planning my next trip!
