Travelodge Hotel - Horsham Central

Just had an amazing experience at the Horsham central Travelodge! The room was lovely, clean and comfortable, I have to give a special mention to Dani at reception as she was so friendly on arrival answered all my questions and just a welcoming friendly face to see in the hotel industry. It's in a great location, making it easy to get around. Definitely recommend staying it if you're visiting Horsham

I was met by a very nice young man who swiftly checked me in. I went to my room it was ok a little tired looking a few stains and various marks in the wall but clean and the bed comfy . However come nighttime after midnight , I was awoken by chatting coming from outside right by the staff parking area . My room overlooked this area and I could clearly see a door was a jar which I assume led back into the hotel . The night receptionist was talking to a man . This went on for serval minutes I am not sure or partially care what she was talking about but it was clear she was discussing another team member with this person , I would not normally comment on such things but one it disturbed my sleep and secondly I think this is very bad behaviour and disrespectful for a team member to do such a thing . I sincerely hope this matter will be taken seriously if I could hear I am sure other guests could also hear . This incident happened Wednesday 27th August .

I asked for a room with a large tv so i could watch football on my firestick. And JADE &DANNI were so helpful as all your staff are that i have had the pleasure of meeting. JADE&DANNI were above and beond. Thank you so much to you bothe and leeds won so even better. Thank you to all the staff. All the very best. Vinny brown
