Nothing to complain about

房間設施有點老舊

前往其他地區幾天後，又回到了這家酒店，我們定的還是三人間。但這次進入房間後，小朋友的沙發床都沒鋪，毛巾和杯子依然還是兩人份的。打電話給前台，和上次一樣還是沒人接，衹能又跑下去跟前台講。然後等工作人員來鋪床，再出去拿被子，來來回回進進出出。等到晚上睡覺時，才發現墊被都沒鋪，直接把床單鋪在了沙發床的骨架上，根本沒法睡。再打電話給前台，直接讓他們拿被子過來我們自己鋪了。我不明白，明明是提前預訂的，為什麼準備工作都沒做好呢？且一再發生。這家酒店蠻新的，但服務實在配不上嶄新的設施。

離機場挺近 5分鐘車程 房間中規中矩 適合第二天趕飛機

從GATWICK機場做巴士十五分左右，巴士是有料的單程4.5把你，來回是8.0鎊（回程一個月以內有效）。 英國鄉村基調的旅館和早餐，非常NICE。 旅館附近走路十分鐘有一家TESCO超市，營業到晚上十二點，非常便宜。

Clean and comfortable room. Staff is friendly and helpful. As Gatwick is kind of remote, henCe the shuttle bus to airport is really great with 15 minutes interval.

My stay at Holiday Inn Gatwick was a great experience overall. The location was convenient, and the food offered good value for money. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Additionally, the staff were professional, courteous, and helpful. However, I did encounter one issue upon arrival. While checking in, the receptionist assisting me was efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. Unfortunately, as I made my way upstairs, I overheard a disagreement between the two receptionists regarding who was in charge. This moment felt unprofessional and was the only drawback of my stay. That said, it did not overshadow the positive aspects of my experience. I would still highly recommend Holiday Inn Gatwick.

非常方便 shuttle下來就是 房間挺大的 設施比較舊 適合停留中轉一夜

還行，有自己的餐廳，還不錯。但設施跟前一晚在牛津住的holiday Inn比的話，差一些，距離機場很近，並且還有接駁車，還不錯。

Amazing

The room and the hotel staff were great. However the food was horrendous! Chicken buffalo wings were awful and full of salt and my son's gluten free nacho fries were soggy and cold
