Very poor staff support and lack of training. The lift access wasn’t working at times.

The drain was stuck, don’t expect any amenities.

Perfect for a one night situation. Wi Fi not included. It's worth what you pay for. If you're arriving late, you might want to consider a taxi. Uber takes forever and it's double the price of a regular taxi

The room was very spacious and clean. Pay attention to the time of the shuttle bus when traveling.

Best company for train travel.

Employees were nice. Room is good if you have an early flight at gatwick. Free wifi only in the common area. You only get 30 min of wifi in your room for free. Hair dryers must be requested from the lobby if they have them. Shuttle bus to the airport is 4.5 pounds single, 8 pounds for a return. It runs 24 hours on a schedule.

Nickel cava

This hotel is near Gatwick Airport. I took the GH1 Gatwick Hoppa bus to get to the hotel. The room was very clean and had a kettle and tea. Good value

Очень неплохой отель за разумные деньги недалеко от аэропорта. От северного терминала при желании можно дойти пешком. Трансфер платный. Номер хороший, просторный. Есть обогреватель. Wifi бесплатно только 30 минут. Завтрак хороший.

A great place near airport, free shuttle bus as well. The breakfast is brilliant and delicious, plus it’s free flow

Muy cómodo, especial si vas a pasar una sola noche. El shuttle que te lleva al aeropuerto tiene parada en el hotel. Super recomendable!!
