I strongly suggest not going to this hotel as it is not worth it. They took out more money from my bank account as a deposit and never returned it to me. There is no way that you can chase it up as they won't answer or you hear that you need to wait. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL PLEASE

The hotel was easy to reach. I have been using the hotel for many times mow, just because of the price and good location. However every time there is an issue with checking in/out. I always reserve the upgraded room type, and every time they are trying to give you the basic room. This is a big Disadvantage and frustrating. This morning my car did not start so I had to call a road service, which would take some time. I advised the frontoffice about the issue and advised that I could take some time before they would come. In the meantime I informed them that I would  leave and be back. Again a very unfriendly/willing front desk.

Unzufriedenstellender Aufenthalt – nie wieder! Unser Aufenthalt war von Anfang bis Ende enttäuschend. Das Einchecken verlief zwar unkompliziert, aber ab dann ging es bergab. Wir waren drei Nächte in diesem Hotel und haben mehrfach die Rezeption kontaktiert, weil unser Zimmer extrem unsauber war. Der Boden war dreckig, unter dem Fernseher lag eine dicke Staubschicht, und das Bett wurde während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts nicht einmal neu bezogen. Wir baten auch mehrfach um ein zusätzliches Kissen, was uns jedes Mal zugesagt wurde – gekommen ist jedoch niemand. Trotz unserer Beschwerden wurde das Zimmer an keinem einzigen Tag gründlich gereinigt, lediglich die Handtücher wurden ausgetauscht. Das ist besonders ärgerlich, wenn man mit einem Kleinkind reist und auf Sauberkeit angewiesen ist. Für den Preis, den wir gezahlt haben, war der Service eine absolute Enttäuschung. Dieses Hotel können wir niemandem empfehlen, und wir werden definitiv nicht wiederkommen.

Good for a night layover. Free shuttle bus to/from Airport. Clean rooms.

Very good I loved

Stopped at Bastion at the end of September and saw people being redirected from the one entrance to another. It was my turn to me redirected this time. Only a minor inconvenience as all other aspects were good. It would be nicer if the standard checkout was at 12pm rather than 11am. I'd definitely stay here again.
