#好評#對鄰近店舖，鄰近餐廳，鄰近活動滿意；#負評#對性價比，床品舒適度失望；1.定的城市拐角房，入住告知没有了，最后住的普通房间，两个人+行李比较挤 2.酒店在装修，入口比较吵，checkin的临时地方比较简陋 3. 枕头被子上一股烟味 感觉不怎么干净 4.但是总的来说工作人员很友善 可以收快递 5.离威基基海滩、购物街都是步行距离

New to this platform. Never again! After making a last min. booking from the airport for a lay over hotel stay when I finally arrived to the reception (after 48 hrs. of International travel and having not slept, and a taxi driver who tried to rip me off I go to the make shift reception area on the 3 rd floor of the hotel with holes in the wall.) I tried to check in but couldn't b/c the name on the booking was my gf instead of mine which was done automatically from the info. stored on my account. There was no possibility of editing after contacting customer support of Trip.com and hotel management. They advertised the rate of $73 minus $40 in gold tier trip .com points. It should have cots me $30. But istead with all the at check out it was $120. I booked at a near by hotel and finally got in bed over 2 hours later. I am done with this shaming platform riddled with red tape issues they don't tell you about. BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK!

受4.9高分評價誤導，聖誕期間2000多人民幣住一晚，特別糟心。老破舊，兩米左右的層高壓抑要命。哪裡能看出是日本人旅館啊，智能馬桶蓋和日語提示所有酒店都有啊，不過是因為這裏日本遊客多。床單被套浴巾毛巾都不知道換沒換，還有細毛髮。還好我都自帶。那個衞生間遠遠不如國內一兩百人民幣的酒店。 並且需要一提的是，我check in 的時候，我的訂單已經被準備好，直接給我門卡，我上去一看811是什麼鬼房間，背面兩部電梯和電房。我直接下來要求換房間，大概以為ctrip訂單都不會講英文給啥是啥嗎。 停車$40一天。唯一優點有個陽台可以晾曬衣服幹得快，頂多3.5分。可以免費借椅子和沖浪板，小童挖沙沙玩具。 夏威夷都來了，別趕上聖誕節，你們還是住希爾頓吧。

Location is wonderful. The onsite restaurant Redfish is exceptional, especially the Loco moco and kalua pig fried rice. Extras like free go pro rental was clutch for our zipline adventure. The morning stretch and 24 hour gym were also great! Also liked the water bottle refill stations, and pump sunscreen and aloe at the pool!

Amazing deal for Waikiki! The hotel and staff are awesome. The hotel is clean and everything works. Get the Aloha package that includes a huge breakfast. Location is a bit off the main road, but it means less traffic and noise, and the walk is easy. We have stayed numerous places in Waikiki and this is the first that we would return to.

So conveniently located and a fantastic value! Rooms were great and hotel staff were friendly and helpful! We didn’t even know there was a gym so that was an added bonus! Valet was super convenient since parking in Waikiki can be a challenge.

My husband and I stayed here for our "babymoon", we got a premium corner room facing the mountain range and it was super romantic to sit on the balcony in the morning to watch the sunrise. Wayfinder Waikiki has thought of everything that would make your stay better, the receptionist gives you a card with their personal recommendations upon check in and also offers free rentals to make your beach day more fun! The vintage modern Hawaiian decor throughout the hotel is so chic, from the rooms to the pool! The location is perfect, only a 6 minute walk to the beach and the main *****, plus an ABC store on the same block! My husband loved the "Grown Alchemist" bath products in the bathroom and the comfortable king size bed. Staff from reception, valet, restaurants and housekeeping were very friendly and welcoming, which we also loved. Everything was perfect for our babymoon and we would love to stay here again!

My husband and I chose to have our wedding room block and welcome event at the Wayfinder and it was the BEST decision we made! The hotel has so much character and charm. We loved the take on vintage decor with a modern twist in the rooms. It's the exact vibe we were looking for for our wedding guests' stays. Our guests also took advantage of the pool and Lost + Found bar everyday and had a lot of fun doing so. And the staff—all of our wedding guests kept commenting how warm and welcoming the staff was. This made us so happy to hear. Working with our rep, Livia, and the rest of the Wayfinder team was super easy too. They were always just a phone call away and got all the answers to our questions fast. Our welcome event was at Redfish, the restaurant inside the Wayfinder. The staff was SO FUN and took really good care of us and all of our guests. They truly made it memorable. All in all, I'd stay at the Wayfinder every time I visit O'ahu in the future. Highly recommend!

hotel dispone de buena piscina, comodas camas aunque la habitación no es muy grande. personal amable y servicial. buen restaurante y buena piscina. recomiendo probar el restaurante al menos una vez y su loco moco! sin estar en primera linea está cerca de la playa

Our stay at the Wayfinder Waikiki was wonderful! The price was fair, the room was perfectly clean and it had comfortable beds and a spacious balcony. We had food at the Red Fish restaurant and it was very delicious and the service was good. The stay came with 2 complimentary drinks at the poolside bar. The pool was pretty and very clean pool and lounges. The hot tub was a savior. It was so relaxing after the days activities. The had pool towels and offered iced tea. The nicest feature was the valet. It was your regular valet.but the valet service was made exceptional by the young men who ran it. Not only were we greated so friendly when we arrived and departed every day but the had helped with baggage and other things. They even brought things up to.the room when the bags were too many or too heavy. The young men were great! Once or twice they suggested places to go like beaches or restaurants. We had such a great time it would be nice to go back. We stayed in Rm 808. Great view.
