Lander Grand Hotel arvostelua

很乾凈很便捷，過個馬路就是港澳碼頭。出租車費都省了。而且，前台小姐姐開朗大方説話聲音又好聽，人又温柔，下次來香港玩還住這裏。

潔淨，光線充足，會再次考慮入住，方便往上環景點，例如西港城，亦近電車總站，對遊客十分便利，節省時間。

This hotel is not convenient at all, with terrible service and small carpeted room. Not to mention there only being one tiny elevator and my room was on the 22nd floor. I arrived very late and didn’t have any cards with me or HK Dollar for the tax, which they stupidly ask separately at the hotel, and not included in the booking itself . They couldn’t change any cash for me, nor were they helpful in assisting. The reception didn’t want to let me go to my room and insisted that I go to find a money changer at almost 11pm at night, knowing full well there weren’t any open. So after a few minutes of telling him that my room is booked and paid for and it’s very late and I need to go to my room now, he finally let me go up. And I agreed to pay in the morning when I get to money changer. During that process I was refused a bottle of water, as I had no cash, again stating that I’d cover it in the morning. He said he can not, the frustrating part is the water was right behind him. By now you can guess that there is no water in the rooms, they didn’t have tooth brushes or slippers or anything you would expect a 4* hotel to have. Honestly I’ve been to 3* hotels way better than this. But to be refused water completely blew my mind, I could go to a store and be given water if I was desperate and had no money. There are way better options and locations for cheaper, which I later came to find out. All in all it was just a lay over stop, but a lot happened during that time. Very disappointed yet happy it was just one night.

房間格局不好，衞生間巨小難轉身，並且對着床。衞生條件也不達標，潮濕有蟲子。 服務差，1000一晚的酒店無拖鞋無水提供。總之，不推薦。

其他都一般，但床和被子還是舒服的

不錯一張1.5和1.2的床睡的舒服 乾淨衞生 走一小段路就地鐵站 和上環街市 2022年的裝修 但是是老房子 已經很不錯 了畢竟在香港寸金寸土

還不錯的落腳地，性價比高

在寸土寸金的地方，酒店的大門很小。離地鐵上環站C出口近。房間不大，景色還可以，晚上可以看到對面高樓的廣告牌。離港澳碼頭近，步行到。沒有拖鞋和牙膏牙刷。需要自帶，不然可以在酒店花20港幣購買。

前台態度很差，不建議選擇

服務差 房間小 床頭沒有充電的地方 很差勁 結構也怪怪的 前台女服務員跟欠它錢一樣

初時入住時感覺雖然房間細小，但總覺得還可以。 晚上回去休息時，才發現前住客留下的一雙襪在化妝枱凳上及沖涼間內一些不整潔位置。感覺十分嘔心及吃驚！即時聯絡台協助處理襪子。 第二天向前台反映房間清潔問題，後來獲得酒店安排升級較大房間，感覺好一點，但係依然有其他細小的清潔問題。 酒店員工十分親切及樂於幫助，但酒店清潔差的問題就令我決不再入住此酒店了。

作為上環酒店位置離地鐵很近，交通方便，性價比還是比較高的。但服務態度恨一般，但香港酒店應該都是這個服務水平了吧
