退房十一點退房，十點五十五被叫醒，十分惱火。

賓館房間一般般呀，大陸插頭座沒插好，差點觸電了

300塊，可真實惠

十年前寒假出遊，訂了四百多的酒店。這次國慶出遊，五百塊的賓館設施非常簡陋，空調噪音大。 下單時選錯了日期，一下完單馬上意識到點錯了，於是馬上致電賓館協商退改。接電話的女孩語氣生硬説，那是你的問題，你下單之前有提醒的，退不了。她説的沒錯，的確是我的問題，可是一分鐘之內我就發現錯誤打電話協商，好吧，我自認倒黴。後來有一個客人退了房，我可以改期，但到了賓館後，補了差價，得到的卻不是原來承諾的雙床房，只是一個大概1.2米寬的單床房。入住後孩子睡覺，服務員來敲門，説自己搞錯了，應該是另一個房間，讓我們趕緊換房間，換到的房間竟然沒有鑰匙。總之，以後不會在黃金週來香港了，價高質低服務差。

主要小朋友，三床還可以

低矮潮濕，噪音大，破樓破電梯，臟兮兮的 設施：看了房就立刻了，還沒有辦法退錢！最糟糕的一次預訂！

毛巾上污漬還有毛髮！房間沒有空調遙控器！牙具需要自費

This hotel is in a perfect location on Nathan road with the closest metro station just across the road, making it very accessible and convenient. The room was clean, spacious and well equipped with amenities. The only thing, the receptionist did not speak any English and unfortunately I cannot speak Cantonese which seemed to annoy her even when I tried to use a translation app. Thankfully she was able to contact someone who could translate for me. Having said that, I was otherwise very satisfied with my stay and I would stay here again.

地理位置優越，就在地鐵站旁邊，但環境是真的一般般，是在一棟舊樓裏，房間整體比較陰暗，靠近馬路，晚上噪音厲害，睡覺的時候還感覺身上癢癢的，像是有蟲咬

香港的民宿真是比較殘舊！人很好，但是無法掩蓋舊屋的氣息。衹能説性價比相對來説較好。

離地鐵站近

Location is very good and convenient with many shops and restaurants nearby. The MTR is just next to the hotel. The front desk auntie is very friendly. However the cleanliness is only average because the bedsheets does not look very clean and there are also cockroaches. For kowloon area this hotel is worth the price.
