For being an hostel hotel in Chunking mansions, ambiguous and dirty place, I saw mice and bugs often, forgotten by HK management probably, that place was friendly and enough for a few nights, incredibly quiet inside, but really noise outside as every hotel in that area... managers and cleaners are been kind with me, thank you.

If i could rate this place with a ZERO i would. It was absolutly terrible. We arrived late, and so the horror began. We went to the 17th floor, while the elevator only went to 17, to found out there that the reception was in a totally different building. Our room was already rented out to somebody else, so the dropped us in a random Hallway that had a room as well. The place was dirty, the sheet had stains. There were hairs al over te place en the toilet was broken. We diceded that we just GO with it. But when i nearly fell asleep there where freaking rats in the room, eating our snacks. Weeft immiadatly and tried to rebook so we got the 2 remaininf nights back. The hotel didnt help at all and we still needed to pay the full amount. Dont get me wrong. I didnt ecpect a 5 or even 1 star hotel. But rats in the room is a totally new experience that is NOT DONE in our opinion. PLEASE DONT STAY HERE. DONT THINK IT WILL NOT BE THAT BAD, because it was True horror. Trip.com helped a lot and refunded us a lot of money because we book a lot with them. But this hostel sucks BIG TIME. DONT GO!!

It was cleaned and convenient to move around the nearby tourist spots areas.

In terms of cleanliness the wall tiles are taped up, the curtains smell bad. Location is on the 17th floor but the elevator only leads to 16th floor, not advisable if you have luggage you need to put another floor to the walk test. Bathroom mirror too bad you cant recognize yourself
