Service is nice , they even let us put our loggeges when checked out and we returned for them when we finished our last tour Place location is great near to the heart center of the city

Excellent hotel to stay only problem was elevator in the evening was rush but it’s ok never mind

The location is very good and easy to get to anywhere. Lots food and shops around. The room is small but have everything you needed for the price.

If you read this: do not come to this place, you can pay 2 or 3 dollars more for a clean and safe place. The entrance is like a horror movie, the first floor is an Indochinese market, you have to go up a block, it is quite difficult to get to the top, the room is very small, it is not as shown in the photo, when I went up as a solo traveler I felt very scared. The guy at check-in was friendly; when I entered the room I was there for 5 minutes and I had to leave, there are no windows you can't breathe, there was a man in the bathroom vomiting a lot. I asked to leave and asked for a refund which was denied. If you read this, do not come to this place if you are a solo traveler or a woman.

Well managed and all the essentials are there. Good value. Lift to the place can be very crowded.

Clean, good location, helpful friendly staff/ owner for hong kong good value for money. It is small but all in hong kong is. Def recommend this place. The situation with the lift is crazy tho, only 1 lift that fits 6 people so during busy times you can wait even 20 min to get up or down.

Do not recommend this place is disgusting elevator time upto 45 mins +

above my expectations for the amount I been charge, also and the environment of the building is not some people saying, is not so bad at all, the receptionist was very nice and let me check in early.

It's budget-friendly enough for Hong Kong.

The place is clean and located in a strategic area.

The room is very very small, almost a capsule. Its a bit hard to find, inside a big building with many different guesthouses. We arrived late at night and could do self check-in what was really helpful.

Price is reasonable for ChungKing Mansion stay. Very nice host to speak with.  Hotel corresponds with clients before date of arrival through WhatsApp and email to make sure someone is there to meet you. Scanning QR code on the door gets a quick response back on WhatsApp. Hotel was easy to find if you do a bit of research on how the elevators service the Blocks...A B C D E F. The elevators are in that order as you walk in from Nathan Rd. entrance. If you have high expectations from budget accommodations like these Guest Houses, Chung King Mansions isn't for you.
