Excellent hotel in a good location. Friendly and professional staff especially Alan and Jason. Easy check in and check out. The room was clean and spacious.

I am so glad that free laundry was available during our stay.

What a gem this place is. Good size rooms and very good storage. Clean, quiet, and comfortable beds. Free laundry machines is a huge plus. The location is 5 minute walk from the harbour and access to transit. The staff was very helpful in booking a taxi and even lending us umbrellas. Highly recommend. One suggestion is if they could provide a few basic dishes and utensils, it would be even better.

Total gem. Location is fantastic; close to subway and a plethora of eateries. Less than a 10 minute walk to causeway bay. The room was impeccably clean. Simple gym and free laundry room are on same floor as reception. This large of a room is rare in Hong Kong. We liked going out to explore but also enjoyed hanging out in our room. We even had enough space to host an evening with friends. Tip: since this is a serviced apartment, shampoo and body wash are supplied but you will need to pick up your own water and hand soap. There is a shopping store right downstairs. We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

房間設施齊全，入住舒適。前台服務人員也很耐心周到，需要的物品及時送到。住宿環境安靜，周邊購物及餐飲方便。 唯一不足的是沙發及餐椅有污漬，希望能清潔或提供沙發巾和椅墊供客人使用。

地點方便，容易尋找，很多餐廳在附近。房間清潔乾淨 👍🏻

The Mercury is in a very good location - plenty of restaurants, convenience store and close to MTR station, about 5 mins walk. The room is spacious but the bed could be bigger (my husband is 6’2 and he struggled to sleep as the bed was too small for him.

入住的是柏悦套房，房間蠻大的，衞生也沒有之前看到點評説的不乾淨的情況，至少我們住的房間都很乾凈，淋浴的水也很大，因為香港限塑令，沒有洗漱用品的提供，不過竟然洗手液也沒有，倒是有點意外。酒店的出入口是在一條小巷子裏，第一次去有點難找，窗外也沒有什麼景色可言，都是很舊很破的樓房，但這在香港是很常見的情況。總體來説，性價比算很高了。

環境安靜，交通方便，周邊環境接地氣！

Как все и писали, номера не 40 метров, а 30. Кровать маленькая для двоих , от этого сложно вертеться и все затекает на утро. Уборку хотелось бы видеть чуть лучше по качеству, а то видно древнюю пыль на полу в труднодоступных местах.По остальному нареканий нет
