The room is very different from the pictures. The owner plays videos at high volume at the reception, so it's very noisy. It was like that even after midnight. But the location is good and the room is clean.

Clean room, friendly staff. Highly recommend, good location and accessible to all transportation

The overall stay was alright, every amenity was working fine except for the air conditionner which was quite noisy. The room is 8m2, but for 2 nights it was okay because we were out most of the day. Since the rooms are pretty cheap don't expect it to be a luxury hotel.

I kinda knew what I was getting for the price but just needed a place to stay for 6 hours the card holder to make the electricity work in the room was fiddly so power would cut out randomly

Not bad, very strange place but ultimately worth it for the price. Kind of a weird experience, wouldn’t recommend more than a few days!

The room wasn't ready at the 2pm check in time (we arrived at 2:30 but had to wait until 3pm). Room/hallway had a smell and quite a few cockroaches. Likely a problem for all rooms in this old building. The water supply stopped for 1 day, once again it's an old building. The bed is 1.2m wide but has a wall at the foot and head, so not good for anyone taller than 180cm. You get what you pay for but, the location is excellent for exploring Hong Kong.

It's a budget hotel, problem is sometimes , the lift doesn't reach the floor u stay, have to climb up the steep stairs, even it is prepaid, we still need to pay another 20 hkd for "service charge" ??? There is no service done at all? That's what I am not satisfied about is the lift doesn't reach ur floor n the service charge

Great customer service but building stairs and location is disappointing. Smoke buds and smell while walking to the room and mouse etc on the floors.

W’s Lounge is located in Chungking Mansions, directly across the street from the Tsim Sha Tsui metro station. To get there, head to Block A (see photo for reference, as the building has multiple blocks). Go to the reception on the 12th floor for check-in, where they will give you a key card randomly assigned to a floor The cleanliness needs serious improvement. There was a lot of hair on the bathroom floor, dirty water in the toilet, and the bed was filthy. The bedsheets and blanket smelled as if they hadn’t been washed. Thankfully, I brought my bed bag. The shower requires you to turn on the water heater beforehand for 10 mins, and the switch is located next to the AC switch The location is convenient, but the elevator situation is frustrating. You’ll need to wait in long, crowded lines, although security guards are present I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you’re traveling with luggage bc the room is verryyy small

Free coffee and sugar. Have hot water and drink hot beverages. Microwave cooking. The good girl at the reception desk. A quiet hotel

Very close to the railway station and subway station, clean, normal for small visiting

The room is clean although reception counter is difficult to find.

It was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It is small but it’s great for its price. There’s an extra charge at the hotel for housekeeping but they clean the rooms well everyday. They even had a water dispenser and coffee in the public area for everyone to help themselves. I had a great stay.
