超級方便從西九龍出嚟行十分鐘就到啦！所有staff都很nice特別是前台Helen和Leo顏值超高又熱心！酒店view很好香港地海景就是值錢🤣下次還會再來的嘻嘻

離西九龍站、九龍公園和海港城都比較近，地理位置好，凌晨辦入住還給我們換了雙床房，從窗户角落可以看到一點點海，行李寄存服務可以寄存一天很方便，房間相比大部分香港的房間算比較大了，就是衞生間淋浴和浴缸是在一起的，如果是高個子站在浴缸裏可能頭就會碰到天花板了，總體來説不錯。

前台服務員非常無禮，本來衹定了一晚，準備第二天入駐澳門，但是行程臨時調整決定續住一晚，去前台辦理續住跟服務員講明不需要調換房間時，服務員一邊用房卡在磕着桌面一邊用一種非常蔑視的眼神看着我大聲説：那你就還定最便宜那間嘍！你自己平台下單就可以嘍！那種蔑視的眼神真的是想給她一記耳光，而且沒有對比就沒有傷害，在香港7百多住的房間大約10平米，服務態度極差，在澳門6百多住的是近80平的豪華套房，工作人員的態度好的讓你不好意思，從酒店大唐下車馬上跑過來幫你拿行李，看到有小朋友立馬送上小禮物，行李一直送到房間方方面面都非常妥帖。圖二是澳門的酒店，香港的就不發了

This hotel is perfectly situated in a prime location near to railway lines, making it easy to explore all the best attractions. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming and helpful. The rooms were well-maintained and clean, and the staff Leo was extremely helpful to arrange early check-in even though it was a busy time. Would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a great stay in the heart of the city."

This hotel value for money and very convenient for location. Rooms are so tinny this is one reason I don’t like it
