Reasons why we keep on booking Best Western Plus:
Location: close to public transportation, shops, and restaurants, which makes it easy to explore the city.
Cleanliness: The room was clean and tidy upon arrival. They maintained the area well throughout the stay. The common areas like the lobby and elevators were also well-kept.
Service: The staff were polite and accommodating. Check-in and check-out were smooth.
Facilities: The room was a bit compact but had — comfortable bed, air conditioning, adaptor and essentials like towel, hair blower and toiletries. The Wi-Fi connection was reliable.
Overall, it’s a good value for money.

location wise is great jst infront of the Tram Station , so many food restaurant around the area as well!

While the hotel is old and my room had a musty smell, the rooms are big for HK, especially at the price. The bed was comfy and the wifi was good.
Location is excellent especially for food places and while a bit further out from the usual attractions the conveniently.located MTR exit makes getting to those attractions relatively easy. Sai Ying Pun is full of its own charm and nostalgia. Why pay $12 for an egg tart that isn't even worth $1 when you can get the real deal for twice the size at half the price.

For us it was a good stay, with a great view from the 29th floor.
The bed was a little too for what we are used, but still comfortable.
As a minor inconvenience, they came with the pest control around 9 AM and they sprayed on the corners and floor. We were still sleeping, because we were jet lagged.

We booked a room for 3 bed. It was good, but hotel is bit old and lift lobby area got carpet smell.
Location wise, it is located in quiet area of west Hong Kong area, in between sai ying pun and HKU MTR.
To get around , it is better to use a mixture of buses and MTR.
Eg. Take bus to Hong Kong MTR and then take train to Disney land
Got direct bus A10 from airport to near hotel
There are some small food eateries around the hotel. But they are mostly closed after 10pm. So it is not as happening as TST or Mongkok.

Very strategic location in Hong Kong Island, easy access with multiples type of transportation (airport bus, tram, taxi), convenient for traveler with walking distance to most of the spots in Central. Quite spacious room and worth for value.

The hotel is located near the metro station, bus station and tram so it is quite convenient for traveling. Around the hotel there are many Thai, Vietnamese, Malay and Chinese restaurants with reasonable prices. The room is fully equipped with amenities to serve the needs of rest. We will come back another day.

Worst hotel ever and very expensive for what u get, bed is very bad and the room is not as in the picture shown, the hotel is scary looks like unr in a ******* mansion. Bed is very bad u feel the iron springs under the matress which hurt all ur body when u wake up in the morning. No even bottle of water provided. Avoid this hotel in all case!! Room was filthy and there were unfinished toilet in the room which they told us just to was the hand, looks more like a torture room.
