Very nice view, amenities are all complete aside from toothbrush and toothpaste need to bring your own if dont wanna buy from them.

Good location, the hotel is nearby mtr station and also close to restaurant and shops.. the room is clean, you will enjoy the seaview..you can also use the pool.. the staff are friendly and polite.

Location is nice, only about 5 minutes of walking from Fortress Hill. Our 4010 room had an amazing view over the river, although the Victoria harbour wasn't visible. Perhaps some other rooms have a view over Victoria harbour.

The hotel was great, the location was excellent, and the staff were very attentive. Thank you, K'maria, and thank you for the anniversary gift. We were very impressed with our stay here.

I like that they have an executive lounge. The quality of the food and drinks there could be better though - the wines / spirits were quite cheap. The club floor check in was seamless- friendly and helpful staff. The views of the HK / Kowloon skyline (from the club lounge / restaurant) are great , even on a grey and rainy day. Breakfast was interesting- buffet set up with made to order eggs. Quite basic but did the job. Wait staff was friendly. The room itself was comfortable but lacked standard amenities- no toothbrush / toothpaste and no coffee machine. I’ve stayed at this hotel before and it seems like the quality has dwindled a bit. I didn’t use other facilities because I was just there on a short staycation to unwind and relax. I would recommend it for simple stay or out of town guests looking for convenience and decent price.

Avoid this hotel. Very disappointing experience. We had booked a one-night stay for five people. Unfortunately, our daughter became unwell during our trip, forcing us to change our travel plans. We contacted the hotel several days in advance, as soon as we knew we would be unable to travel, explained the situation, and politely asked if they could make an exception to their non-refundable policy or at least offer a partial refund. Instead of showing any understanding or empathy, our request was simply refused. While I appreciate that hotels have cancellation policies, exceptional circumstances deserve compassion and basic customer service. We were left feeling that our situation and our daughter’s wellbeing meant nothing to them. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this hotel.

The room is nice. Got a nice harbour view, big room, big toilet and good service. But two cup is dirty, should improve the cleaning details.

The room is more spacious conpare to other hobgkong hotels of the same price. It is clean, and the staff are polite and helpful. The facilities are all good however they dont provide disposable products such as toothbrush and toothpaste and other kits that hotels do, so better if you can bring your own. However they have shampoos and lotion provided. The hotel looks and feels luxurious and grand. They only problem is that’s a little but far. If you want a quiet neighborhood with good view this is your choice
