酒店環境位置設施都非常一般，但酒店員工服務態度非常良好，會主動給客人提昇房間空間，但是確定入住日期及付款，便不可以作退款及更改

酒店距離荃灣線（葵興站）步行約500米左右，出行很方便，來回都會途徑一個加油站。 機場巴士A30坐6站到酒店，才Hkd19一個人。 酒店房間雖小，但是實在對得起這個價格！馬桶和淋浴也是分開的，很棒。淋浴水特別大，水壓也很穩定！ 隔音效果一般般，特別安靜的情況下，確實能聽到隔壁電視機聲音，但聽不清具體説什麼。對於睡眠質量好的，完全不影響。 這家真的性價比真的槓槓的！

房間有些小、但在香港有這個價格已經很難得了。

Location actually isn't too bad if you know where to start. It's close to Kwai Fong station, we went through the mall close by to get to the MTR station. Very easy to access. Room was a bit small but still good enough for a medium sized suitcase. There's no fridge in the hotel, which was slightly annoying but still do-able. They didn't change the bedsheets at all, but they tidied the bed and cleared the bins every day, gave us clean towels every day. They provide you with toothbrushes, should you need it. One of the nights, the fire alarm went off but we weren't informed of the reason. We tried to call reception but the phone call was ignored. Make sure to close the door when you shower because there's not much of a fan in the bathroom.

It is actually a good hotel for those who want to be in a quiet place at night. Around 200 meters to Kwai Hing metro stop. A few minutes walk to kcc mall which is mainly a food mall where you can eat good and affordable asian cuisine. Hotel staff are very helpful. Just ask. Although the rooms dont look so clean because of the floor carpet design and color, we thumbs up to the Ayi who is/are very efficient in changing sheets, cleaning rooms. Highly recommended especially to families of 3 or 4.
