Very nice location. It’s very small room but as an expensive town average to stay. Stuffs are good to support all the aspects.

也是没房跟着叫人带我到另一座，但也给一房不过没厕所，这也算有交带好过那次李氏真的受氣，去三楼登記打個不知登記员还是老闆打死狗开价，淡好价加錢後给间房但說房不好没厕所想要厕所加50，那時和你公司報了价，後那50我自己出，動不勤就说不租，那時我人到了肉在拈板上，他不是没房吊起買，我買要拿毛巾去另一座自已入住.那里是幾间在三楼他统一登记，所以经常订那间会去了另一间，

香港九龍の都心､尖沙咀にある重慶大厦8階という好立地にあって4000円で済む宿。さすが物価の高い香港の宿において割安で駅から近い、飲食店に近いというのは好評価できます。ただエレベーターの乗る場所に気をつけないと知らない場所に連れていかれる。そこから階段で移動しようとするとネズミ、ゴキブリと触れ合うことになる。トイレ兼シャワーが狭く、脱衣において気をつけないと濡れるのでその辺割り切れる人じゃないとかなり厳しいと思います。

Typical traveller place. Rooms 3mx2.5m just bed but with 3! Different Aircon devices. Clean. Perfect for short stay close to everything(Considering is Hongkong) shopping costanera...

Не рекомендую. Если только на одну ночь. Комната маленькая, полотенце с пятнами, плохо проветривается, есть тараканы. Лучше доплатить и снять получше. Персонал вежливый.

總體上還可以吧，香港寸金尺土，這個價格在內地可以住豪華套房，但在香港，衹能安身，希望內地去的真的不要有期望，能住下就是福了，想不到，香港住宿如此之昂貴。這裏剛去的人，如果不習慣也能理解，比較外籍東南亞薏人較集中，所以開始有點擔心治安問題，不過還好，都是為了生活，香港也是法治社會，所以習慣就好。

Located in a prime location close to mtr, shopping and eateries facilities. There's lift to the guesthouse but sometimes it might be a long wait. There's all the amenities that you need: toiletries, toothbrush, water to refill, microwave, towels and lots of places to hang your clothes. I must say, though, the room is pretty small and the bathroom is tiny. But to get a whole room at this price, you can complain about nothing. Sometimes there's a weird smell from the sink but close the door and switch on the air filter and it'll solve the problem.

This was a rough one to be honest. Really low quality location and hotel. It's dirty and I had bugs in my room. The shower works and gets hot, the air conditioning is good, but otherwise it's a really rough stay. The bed was thin and small, hard to sleep on. While it was a cheap option, I expected it to be a bit better than this.

I'm not sure why this low of a review with everything you said with shower/ac is all good. The price you booked at you won't even find in Hong Kong. Do you not understand Hong Kong is expensive?

The hotel itself is located in the Chungking mansion, a notoriously sketchy building in Hong Kong. Locals have vehemently told me to avoid this place, as it's known to be the most ghetto building in all of the city. I visited it personally and spoke with some people within the building whom told me that the building has an undeserved reputation and is much safer than people think -- however my personal read on the place is that it is indeed very sketchy. The building feels like an endless jungle of dingy halls and dirty stalls, with many seedy businessmen who curiously trail you with their eyes as you walk through. Most likely, you'll get lost looking for the hotel in the building. Kudos to owner of the hotel, who helped us cancel our reservation with no problem, and was very nice over the phone (no refunds accepted!)

I am born and raised here in this building, the manager who spoke to your on the phone. We do live on a very old building yes however the price reflects on the reservation. We our guesthouse do keep our standards high and keep it clean as you can see within our review. We hope you will get to come here and speak with us next time and your perspective might be different.
