Majoituspaikan vastaus: 您好，感謝您的點評。希望大家在到來之前對我們的住宿有正確的期待與認識。我們是旅館，不可能用這麼低的價格對標酒店的標準，這對我們是不公平的。同時，為了保證大家使用熱水的安全性，我們會定時關閉部分的熱水爐。同時也請您知曉，香港大部分的熱水爐容量都比較小，但是燒熱水的速度很快。我們努力的解決客人的需要，也開通了社交媒體，方便客人隨時找到我們。同時房間的設施和標準我們也努力的完善，我們現在每天都在重新裝修一些房間，來滿足客人的要求，也很感謝大家對我們的理解和包容。--客服IRENE敬上

Our guests choose us for our affordability, and we have our own costs and budgets to manage as well.While our rooms may not be very large and are located on different floors, and we don’t have 24-hour front desk service, we offer a variety of room types to cater to different needs. Guests have the option to upgrade their rooms if they are not fully satisfied. Additionally, we have a professional receptionist and a lounge area to assist guests, which is often not available in hotels.We are committed to addressing our guests' needs and continually strive to improve our facilities. We are currently redecorating some rooms to better meet your expectations. Thank you for your understanding and support as we work to enhance your experience with us.
