Starway Capsules

The capsule was much bigger than the photos showed. No loud Street noise at night, and the air conditioner was so cold couldn’t adjust it. Overally a 6/10 for how affordable it was and convince to store luggage 24hr

The place is very good. The location is perfect.  This’s the second time here.

It wasn’t bad the capsule, the capsule bed they gave me is for couple but the problem is when I checked under the bed they have cracked or something. Then the water fall from the AC but overall its all good atleast have space for the luggage and the staff its very nice. Definitely will come back that place.

Good location right near the center, which makes walking around convenient. You can hear some street noise and hallway activity at night, so bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. The common room has a decent vibe and people are friendly. Facilities are average—basic showers and small lockers—but considering the central location, it's fair value for money.

Cleanliness needs to be improved as I was bitten by insects that caused an allergic reaction

Dear Trip.com, kindly ban this garbage “Hotel” Dear Starway Capsules, Stop whatever this is. Filthy, Taking bookings for wrong location, No AC Supply sockets to charge phones and laptops

The location of the hostel is the only element I can say I am satisfied about. Unfortunately, my capsule was not clean, as I could see the dust, hair and stained walls.

Very dissapointed. Rather a real bad expererince. First there are 2 rooms of 12 capsules x men each in a space 6x4mts2 each, really hot . Attendant did not want to turn the a/c., got it tured on x the 2 night Finally. There is a third room with 8 capsules that was was for women. There ONE minuscule bathroom for men that was disgusting. Some one scuatted and craped all over the toilet , 2 days laters still dirty. I had to put hot water to clean it. I got Finally to use the second minuscule toilet for women. So 2 toilet/showers x 30 people?? The previous night by 11pm I still had to wait 25 minutes to use the toilet. And this morning 15. My capsula was next to the desk and the door to room damaged, so the attendant slamed the door against 2 times in a row. VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE CONDEMT BY THE AUTHORITIES AND TRIP.COM. WHAT AN NIGTHMARE.

The staff is really nice and location is great. Also the hostel has a cute tortoise ☺️
