California Hotel

We recently stayed at California Hotel and overall, I’d rate our experience a solid 9 out of 10. Here’s a breakdown of our experience: Pros: -Location: The location couldn’t be better. It’s incredibly convenient, with malls, shops, pharmacies, and a 7-Eleven all within walking distance. For transportation, the MTR station is right next to the hotel building, and there are also plenty of bus options nearby. -Staff: We appreciated seeing Filipino workers around, who were kind and helpful with local directions and tips, making our trip much smoother. -Front Desk: The front desk attendant spoke fluent English, so we were able to easily communicate and get our questions answered without any issues. -Housekeeping: Towels and tissues were replenished daily, and our room was kept clean throughout our stay. Cons: -Room Size and Storage: We understand that rooms in HK are generally on the smaller side, but we found ours manageable for the three of us (my sisters and me). However, it would be great if hotel supplies were stored elsewhere instead of under the beds, as that was the only space we had to stow our luggage. You can see in the photos that our bags are sticking out from under the beds. -Smoking Area: It would be a big improvement if the hotel could relocate the smoking areas, as we noticed that smoke odors sometimes seeped into the room, and even into the towels, which made them smell a bit smoky. 酒店一般，因為太小，但地理環境非常好，一下樓就是繁華的都是，無論吃東西和購物都非常方便，鄰近地鐵口，酒店還是非常衞生的，只是比較少，這應該是香港的通病，地小人多，但是價錢感覺還是比較貴。

雖然是老房子，低樓層，但是也配有小電梯，安保監控也做到位。而且地理位置絕對有優勢，就在地鐵口附近。 房間雖然面積不大，但是滿足了2大2小的需求，配齊了洗漱用品，還有充電轉換頭和無線wifi。 老闆人很好説話，見我們人多，主動換了一間面積稍大點的房間給我們，而且有問必答。 唯一小瑕疵就是舊式空調，有點噪音，讓我想起小時候坐船回珠海的感覺，但是一天的疲憊感會讓我們不在意一切噪音，所以大家不用太介意。（第一次見，本想拍照但忙碌中又忘了😊）
