"We arrived a few minutes late for check-in but directions were very clear as to what we were to do. The hotel is beautiful with so many antiques, pictures and calendars from the late 1800s an early 1900s. The quilts lining the walls of the second floor were beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!"

"I surprised my husband with a night away from the craziness of life with 3 kids. We stayed in Treehouse B. The treehouse was amazing! Very clean and well kept, the design and craftmanship are superb. The open concept, featuring the large kingsize bed, was very cozy. It also includes the type of personal amentities that couples look for. The large bubble bathtub and private 2-person hot tub on the porch were out of a dream! Not only are you relaxing with your spouse in a personal, secluded hot tub, but you're doing it up amongst the trees - too perfect! We did not have time to check out the grounds or the shared indoor pool/hot tub and exercise room. But will do so when we return. If you're looking to really take a break and get away with your loved one, this is the perfect place!"

"Arrived at this place to find out they had no room available person said they have room available if you walk up twenty stairs I told the person my wife is on wheelchair we can’t so the person looked at his computer for10 minutes said he found one place about mile down the road said fine when he told me exactly where it was I knew this place is horrible person said that’s all he have we had no choice but to take it room was smelly clean but dirty smell will never stay at Berlin heritage inn ever."

"I was a bit disappointed at this property. It is older and seams a little tired. The fridge froze and ruined some of our food we bought. The dishwasher had no wheels on the bottom rack making it tough to use. The door on it creaks loud enough to wake the dead. Some of the pans we disgusting and unusable. If you aren't going to prepare any food then this won't be a problem. The loft where we slept had several huge spider webs making me wonder if it had been cleaned and/or checked in a while. We had to drive nearly 2 miles away to get our own extra towels, toilet paper etc. The upstairs extension cord had no cover and looked like it should be replaced. The shower in the bathroom has no anti-slip on the floor making it extremely slippery. I was concerned I could fall. The upside the cabin is very quite and we spent a lot of time relaxing on the back deck. Hubby love the indoor jacuzzi immensely. We have stayed at other properties with this company and have been really happy with them. For the price point of basically $1500.00+ for a week I don't feel it lived up to that price. I waited a few weeks since our stay to make sure this review didn't come of as mean...but factual."

"The first time I stayed at comfort inn, the overall feeling was very good! The big bed room is large, with a sofa and a cabinet with a pool similar to a kitchen stove. In addition to the refrigerator, there is a microwave in the room. The hotel environment is very good, the first floor is very well decorated, the swimming pool is early, the restaurant is also very good. There are a lot of people staying, but most of them are elderly in the United States, and some Amish people are staying with children! The surrounding environment of the hotel is quite beautiful, especially when the sun is setting, sitting on the hotel terrace with a cup of tea or a glass of wine, watching the sunset, the Amish people driving the carriage, as if back a long time ago!"

"Meillä oli mukava oleskelu kanssasi! Joulukoristeet olivat hämmästyttävät! Rakastimme korkeita joulukuusia, jotka on ladattu kiteisellä, punaisella ja hopealla koristeilla, jotka tervehtivät meitä kauniissa lobbauksessa. Ja viehättävä maatila-teema valokuva nook oli mahtava ja sydämenlämmityksen! Rakastimme myös yksinkertaista mutta voimakas lausunto syntymäpaikka suurta pianoa. Soft carols pelaa taustalla olivat kauniit. Vierailu oli myös ihana! Kaikki olivat niin ystävällisiä ja apuisia-erityisesti kaksi sisarta:)!  Aamiainen ja ilta-ateriat olivat herkullisia - varsinkin amishien evästeet, joissa on karpale jäätyy! Huoneet olivat mukavia ja puhtaita, vaikka jäin jotkut vanha muoti charmia päivityksiin. Olisimme siellä taas hetken päästä."
