Beach pool House Family Vacation Home.

This is a privately owned side by side property, nothing is shared . Private driveway/ garage / Pool and fenced in back yard. Home away from home, cozy and comfortable Beach house. A 5 minute walk to the beach and shops. Very quite neighbor hood. New elevated house with private heated pool, and fenced in yard, with a large swing. King bed in the master bedroom with its own bathroom ,queen bed in the second bedroom, and two twin beds in the third bedroom . Second bathroom located in the hallway between the other 2 bedrooms. Wood floors through out the house Full kitchen with granite counter tops and stain steel appliance & Espresso , cappuccino machine. All bedrooms have flat screen Tv . Internet acess and cable. Sliding door to the outside deck and stairs to the downstairs area by the pool. Out side shower with hot/cold water for that after the beach rinse. Large pool with Tiki style umbrella and seating in the pool. BBQ , table, chairs, lounge chairs for a relaxing time by the pool.There is also a TV by the pool for your enjoyment. There are plenty of beach chairs and accessories for the beach and a Ping Pong table in the garage with a door to the pool area. There is a free trolly by the beach access that will take you from one end to the other of Anna Maria Island There are plenty of great restaurants, bars and shops in a walking distance. you will fall in love with Holmes beach just like we did, come and stay at our Beach house for a wonderfull vacation ever.
