Upon entry on the premise, Landlord (Host) shall not be liable for any damages or injury of or to Tenant (Guest), Tenant’s family, guests, invitees, agents or employees, or to any property, occurring on the premises and Tenant agrees to indemnify, defend and hold Landlord harmless from any and all claims or assertions of every kind and nature. Surveillance Devices Video Surveillance cameras monitor the exterior of our home. Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons and to monitor occupancy and other policies noted here. It in no way infringes upon the expectation of privacy in these public areas. To disable or obscure the cameras is prohibited and may result in eviction without refund. Cleaning We appreciate the home being returned in the same general clean and tidy way it was presented to you upon your Check In. When you check out, please remove all bed sheets and used towels and place them in the washing machine. Do not turn the machine on.
