This Hillside Loft/semi detached Townhouse is spacious, over three storeys, flooded with natural light, has 12 ft ceilings and 3,400 sq ft of living space. With modern decor, open plan living, a private plunge pool, the villa has a true loft style feeling! Located in the Limegrove Lifestyle Centre's The Grove residential community. Centrally located on the platinum coast of St James, Barbados on a private cul-de-sac of 8 private Hillside Villas and surrounded by beautifully manicured gardens.

This holiday rental is what people are looking for during these trying times — outdoor space, ample light, separation of entire villa with all amenities is accessible for our guests. All closets are empty but full of hangers (25 each room), you will find toiletries and hair dryers in the bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, china, glasses and cutlery.
Bedrooms
The ground floor boasts a king sized bedroom. With outdoor patio space and a large walk-in Jack & Jill shower room, with foot spa.
The second bedroom on 3rd level has a choice of a double bed Or can be separated as twin beds - if you wish to sleep separately.
The third bedroom, also on 3rd level, has a king sized bed.
All bedrooms have large walk-in rain showers.

1st bedroom:
Air conditioned spacious room with ceiling fan.
Adjoining patio space. Large built in wardrobes. In-room safe. Features king sized bed and large private "jack and Jill", walk-in, rainfall shower room, with foot spa. Exit into the media lounge.
