El hotel en muy bonito, lo recomiendo ampliamente

Rooms very small, no fridge, no coffee maker, but a really nice view from the rooftop

La vista desde la alberca es espectacular, se puede disfrutar los atardeceres de Holbox, instalaciones cómodas y el personal muy amable, lo que ocupamos nos atendieron cordialmente. Nos encanto el servicio de barra, el hotel es muy acogedor, lo recomiendo mucho

El hotel nos encantó sobre todo la atención personalizada de Gabino Munguía y de su nuevo Gerente el señor Guillermo Fernandez quienes estuvieron pendientes de nosotros en todo lo que necesitábamos quizá podrían poner un frigobar en todas las habitaciones porque cerca del hotel no hay algún lugar donde comprar alguna bebida

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Astral. The rooms were great, cozy, clean welcoming. The staff was amazing, seriously amazing. The communication was stellar, prior to our trip, leading up to our stay and during. We has the pleasure of meeting Angel and her staff. Angel was the best, although we had just met her, we had the experience of feeling like we have known her years! Her English is very, very good and she was kind enough to help us with our Spanish! She did as much as she could to keep us in the loop of the goings-on of Holbox, especially during Hurricane Beryl. We were on the island when Beryl came across the Yucatan. The hotel felt very safe and secure, and although we heard some wind and rain, we did not feel in danger. After the storm, the restaurant was closed due to flooding, but the Angel and her staff made SURE we had our breakfast and food. The food from the restaurant was delicious and our server was Gabino. He to was just lovely to be around, smiling and making sure we had everything we need. Gabino was also kind to help us with our Spanish and we share stories of our respective lives. He was kind and personable. We felt that the people at Casa Astral were incredible and truly created a home away from home for us.

All of the staff at this place have been fantastic. The location of this place works perfectly if you don’t want to be near town. Every morning we’ve had breakfast at the hotel before going out. The food has been very good. Our waiter, Gabino, always went above and beyond, extremely nice.

El hotel súper bonito, las habitaciones cómodas, nos gustaron mucho, lo que nos nos pareció fue que la comida carísima, pedimos diferentes platillos y resultó que no tenían los ingredientes… cosas básicas como un jugo verde o un licuado de avena, nada complicado y la alberca del roof súper sucia, se notaba que tenía días y días sin limpiarla, les comentamos pero no les importó demasiado.

Excellent location, one minute from the beach. Very comfortable room, with a beautiful sea view, very healthy continental breakfasts, the food we ordered from the menu also this very delicious. It should be noted the attention of the staff: very helpful and very attentive always to our needs.
