Great place with perfect restaurant located with sea view. Staff very professional and the owner very kind and warm.Room was very clean with nice balcony. It is located 50m from the beach, where hotel sun beds are waiting for us with very kind service

Family with two young kids, we stayed for 6 nights and had a wonderful time and were looked after by all the staff. The resort is very well presented and have spacious rooms. It’s not a huge resort so didn’t feel busy or crowded, most days we had the pool completely to ourselves and could always find a lounger on the beach. The restaurant is very nice and had lots of visitors during breakfast, lunch and dinner from other resorts. Each night they left a little dessert in the room which is a nice touch. The nicest part of the beach is right outside the resort. I was able to easily communicate with the resort beforehand and always got a quick reply to any questions, and during our stay quick and easy comms via WhatsApp. They helped organise transfer all the way from and to Cancun airport all the way which made the journey seamless. If we ever go back to Holbox I’d definitely stay here again.

Our stay was excellent. The location, beach, building and room were beautiful, very clean everywhere. Beds were comfortable and big. Ac worked, hot water and strong water pressure at all times, excellent service from staff at all times. The breakfast included was filling and delicious, we tried several items on their menu and were never disappointed. The location is a close walk to punta mosquito and a 20 minute walk to downtown, or a short 5 minute taxi ride, which could be easily requested ahead of time. It is dark at night if you’re walking to and from down town, so bring some headlights or flashlights to light your way. Also I think it would be wise if the hotel agreed on a fixed rate for taxis. A lot of the rides varied from 150-200-to even 300 pesos. This hotel made it easy to request anything that we needed through what’s app from booking tours to renting bicycles Or taxis, it was all a quick text away. The pool was very pretty, however I didn’t get in due to weather and the pool was not heated, I am unsure if it even has that capability, however if it doesn’t It would be a very nice feature to provide. I definitely recommend staying here and I would do so again with no hesitation, cannot wait to be back!

Stunning location right beachfront, the staff are extremely nice, very friendly, and they had a cute little restaurant with delicious breakfast. You can have breakfast listening to the serene calming waves with a direct view of the blue green sea. They clean the room everyday really nicely (some hotels don’t!). The pool is gorgeous. They brought us tiny little pastries each day. Careful to lock your doors at night, raccoons can and will open the door! Birdsong and ocean waves everywhere. It’s a 15m walk from town, so feels far enough away. The beach right in front is not crowded at all. The whole place feels like a treehouse inside a jungle.

Excelente TODO El hotel es excelente, desde las instalaciones, el servicio, la atención, amabilidad, la comida del restaurante es buenísima, la comodidad de la habitación, hasta la despedida de todos es un gran detalle. Muy recomendable!

Excelente estadía en Villas Caracol. Desde el primer día, tuvimos excelente servicio y comida. Las instalaciones bien cuidadas y cerca del mar. En especial el restaurante. Nos atendieron Beto, Franco, Angel, Miguel, Franco y Benjamin. Todos muy atentos y siempre con una sonrisa. La comida super rica y buenas porciones. Los cuartos también muy bien cuidados y con todo lo que necesitas. No ocupas vista al mar porque estás solo a unos pasos de la playa. Gracias por todo!
