No se alojen en este hotel, nos robaron nuestro dinero y NO NOS DIERON NINGUNA SOLUCIÓN, no ofrecen mostrar las cámaras ni nada, por favor no vayan así evitan que les pase lo que nos hicieron a nosotros.

We were four people in a nice room that was very spacious and cleaned! The staff was friendly and kind, the common areas were cool and cosy. Considering the position, the peak season and the location, it offered the maximum quality-price ratio.

Rentamos este hotel porque tenía nevera y tv. Cuando nos dieron la habitación no tenía ninguno de los 2. Preguntamos y nos dijeron que nos iban a poner nevera y tv. Pero nunca lo hicieron. También nos dijeron que nos iban a cambiar de cuarto y tampoco. El Wi-Fi no funciono por 2 días Se fue la luz por 12 horas Por el precio pueden buscar algo mejor.

The hotel is quite expensive and did not meet the expectations of an expensive hotel. The rooms are without windows, they are humid and dark, and we had multiple large roaches in our room. When we notified the staff they sprayed bug spray on the floor, when we should have been moved to a different room. The sinks are built so the water runs on to the counter and on the floor. Furthermore the staff failed to refill the water supply and we had to notify them.

Nous avons passé 5 nuits dans une suite à 160€ la nuit! Nous savions que les autres chambres n’avaient pas de fenêtres .. donc nous avons opté pour une des 2 suites avec terrasse. La chambre a première vue est belle et spacieuse et lit confortable ! Par contre la douche .. un filet d’eau il faut 1 heure pour prendre sa douche, et mauvais écoulement donc salle de bain inondé.. Pas de Safti case! Chambre très mal insonorisée !!! Tous les matins 8.00 travaux !!! Perceuse!!! Tous les jours il manque quelques choses dans la chambre Serviettes, tapis de sol, papier toilettes… Mais dans tous ça c’est le service et le personnel absent !! Arrivé avec de grosses valises moi et ma femme personnes nous a aider pour monter le tout au premier étage ! Après une excursion en vélo, le personnel nous a demandé de les ranger à l’arrière de l’hôtel et de les cadenasser.. personne ne bouge dans cette hôtel !!

We arrived to discover our booking was not registered, which was alright - I don’t mind a surprise. However, a surprise I was not entertained by was a lack of water (an issue with the plumbing). So we could not clean prior to heading out in the evening but luckily my deodorant was strong enough to carry me through the night. In the morning a power cut, blamed on an outage in the area, could have been true considering the fact we had no window (the only thing we knew before) so any sign of life outside the room was difficult to see, with no wifi to confirm this. After getting breakfast in a nearby cafe (which had running water and power), the issues with our room were still not resolved and we had to pack our bags using a head torch. In addition, the lock on our door broke when we got in at night (it looked rusty and just would not stay closed anymore) and since there was no one at reception we had to build a barricade using our bags to keep it shut, as well as leave our possessions in an unlocked room when getting breakfast. The rooms also have a mouldy smell. As the website mentions though, ‘each Esduma hotel is unique in its own way’. This was certainly a unique once in a lifetime experience. The only thing making it slightly better is that we were given a discount.

Habitaciones sin ventanas, llenas de moho, mal olientes, no hay agua caliente, pedimos cambiar ya que sufro de alergias y un recepcionista nos dice que el gerente tenía bloqueada la habitación para el y su familia, que cuando regresáramos de comer nos avisaría, al regresar hubo cambio de turno y la otra Recepcionista no sabía nada, además nos contesta de mala gana todavía de que nos da un cuarto todo apestoso. Además mala ubicación.
