สะมากๆๆๆๆ คุณป้าเจ้าของเหมือนจะเป็นเจ้าของบ้านดูแลดีมาก ความสะอาดให้ 10ล้านเลยครับ ผ้าห่มดีหอมอุ่น เตียงนอนดีมากๆ นำแก้วน้ำมาวางบนเตียงแล้วกระโดดเล่นบนเตียง แก้วน้ำยังไม่ล้มเลย แถมใกล้ ไนท์มาเก็ตมากๆด้วย สะดวก ใกล้มินิมาร์ท ดีมากกกกกกก

The homestay is near the night market but far enough from hustle and bustle of it. Host is friendly and helpful and even gave us a ride to the tailor when we told them we wanted to get some clothes sewn. Note that the homestay is a walkup apartment.

위치가 최고입니다. 바로 앞쪽으로는 리조트가 있어서 잠시 산책하기 좋았고 주인분들도 매우 친절합니다. 숙소가 저렴한 편이니 그러리라 싶긴 하지만 서비스생수가 없다는게 좀 아쉬웠어요.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Quynh Chau Homestay in Hoi An, and it was an exceptional experience. The homestay is just steps away from the vibrant Hoi An Night Market and old town, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the local culture and cuisine. Rating: 5/5

Great location Quynh Chau is an easy walk to food and to the sights of Hoi An. The breakfast was fantastic and the rooms, while basic, were clean and comfortable.

A FUIR ❌ Accueil exécrable. Nous nous sommes rendus à l’hôtel pour louer une chambre, les propriétaires nous informent que le prix d’une chambre double est de 600 000 VND alors que sur Agoda c’était 474 000 VND. Nous réservons donc sur Agoda (avec leur accord) et une fois fait, ils nous disent qu’ils n’ont plus de chambre pour nous et qu’il y a un « problème d’électricité ». La vérité c’est qu’ils voulaient qu’on paye le prix qu’ils voulaient et non le prix fixé par Agoda. Nous demandons alors un remboursement et ils refusent, disant que nous devons annuler notre réservation, chose impossible avec Agoda (nous aurions perdu notre argent). Après 10 minutes de négociation nous avons enfin réussi à avoir notre chambre, mais le monsieur était très désagréable et ne parlait pas du tout anglais. Heureusement qu’une jeune fille nous a aidé et qu’on a pu avoir notre chambre, grâce à elle. Nous étions venus car les critiques étaient bonnes mais nous ne reviendrons pas. Seul point positif : la chambre est propre et l’établissement aussi. Update : durant la nuit mon copain a voulu sortir regarder un match de foot au bar vers 2h du matin, toutes les portes pour sortir étaient verrouillées et cadenassées ??? on a appelé le numéro de l’hôtel mais pas de réponse, 5min après le même monsieur est sorti d’une pièce et était énervé que nous étions entrain d’essayer de sortir et a dit à mon copain que s’il sortait il ne pourrait pas re rentrer, on n’a jamais vu ça. C’est un HÔTEL et pas une prison, nous sommes censés pouvoir aller et venir selon notre gré. Au final mon copain n’a pas pu sortir. C’est inadmissible. Imaginez le scénario où nous aurions eu un problème de santé et aurions dû sortir en urgence. Nous allons déposer une plainte sur Agoda car ce n’est absolument pas normal, le propriétaire devrait songer à changer de métier ou aller voir un psychologue.

Wonderful place to stay. The host was fantastic and so friendly. The rooms are clean and spacious with comfortable beds and a nice secluded balcony. Walking distance to all the sites but tucked away so the room was completely quiet at night. The laundry service was so inexpensive, we had clothes washed twice. I would definitely stay here again

El Homestay nos gustó mucho, la familia muy amable y dispuesta a ayudarnos en todo momento. Llegamos relativamente tarde y la hija espero para que pudiéramos hacer el Check In. Las habitaciones están muy bien y el desayuno que viene incluido está bien para el precio. Un punto a favor es que está en una zona muy tranquila, alejada del barullo del centro. (Aunque en 5 minutos estás en el Old Town) Repetiríamos.

Your homestay is really perfect : beautiful rooms, large and comfy beds, delicious breakfast and top quality services (car ride bookings, bicycle rentings...) in a quiet street just around the corner of the night market and across the river from the old quarter. My stay at the Quynh Chau homestay was an extremely pleasant one and an enjoyable one! I requested a driver to come and pick me up from the airport in Da Nang and he greeted me at the airport with my name on it. I was delighted to have arrived at the property as the place was so clean and the family that owned it were extremely polite and friendly, despite the language barrier (my Vietnamese is extremely limited)!! My room was just as it was described on *********** and it was also very clean and the bed was comfortable!! It was a very cheap stay and I would most definitely recommend the Quynh Chau homestay if you are on a tight budget. The breakfasts were amazing too and I had banh mi and Vietnamese coffee!! Thank you so very much for making my stay a highly welcoming one!! Cảm ơn nhieu!!
