實在是太吵了 如果非要這家千萬不要一樓的房間 試都不要試 太吵了 吵哭的那種... 另外房間床有小螞蟻 桌子有小蜘蛛 房間就算3樓也不隔音 自己看着辦吧

酒店是很漂亮，就是臨時給調換了房間，整體感覺不錯。

我住的帶陽台的房間風景很好，住的很舒服，服務人員也很熱情。

名宿服務員非常熱情，非常貼心服務，還陪我聊天，聊家常！

Хороший отель, просторные номера, уникальное оформление. Мне было приятно просыпаться в такой обстановке. Персонал говорит на английском и помогает по всем вопросам.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa. This booking was a gamble since we barely got any picture of the room we're bout to stay in. However, both the interior and exterior looks splendid and beyond what I expected. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful thorough the whole trip, esp the lady at the counter. Will be seeing them soon in the future when I have the chance to come back to Hoi An. This is definitely one of my favorite accomodation I've ever been to, a total 10/10 no flaw. P/S: The bath tub was too big that it took me at least 15 mins to fill up XD Very relaxing to be submerged with water. Mình có chuyến đi chơi rất là tuyệt ở đây. Chị lễ tân rất tận tình, kể cả bác bảo vệ cũng thiết đãi tụi mình rất nhẹ nhàng tình cảm. Thật sự chưa ở đâu mà cho mình cảm giác như ở nhà như vậy. Không gian là một điểm cộng lớn (cho dù lúc mình book phòng mình chỉ xem được 1 bức ảnh minh họa). Rất là may khi cọc phòng trước và khi đến nhận phòng thì thực sự quá ok vượt sức tưởng tượng của mình. Dù vị trí villa không nằm cùng phía với chợ Hội An những vẫn rất gần những điểm đi chơi, tiện lợi cho việc du lịch của mọi người. Rất là recommend villa này cho cả nhà ạ! (Trên hình mình có để bữa sáng đi kèm, ngày thứ hai mệt quá mình ăn lun khỏi chụp choẹt gì)

Very nice little family-run hotel. A short walk from the Old Town but away from the crowds and noise. Wonderful hosts, very welcoming and helpful. Simple yet delicious breakfast served on your own balcony. Rooms beautifully decorated and very clean. A quiet riverside landscape in the back. Would absolutely return if visiting Hoi An again!

Me and my friend stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. The location is good and the room was spacious. However, the cleanliness was the major issue as the room was not really clean and the sheets were stained. There was also no room service. The staff is friendly but not very attentive.

This was a classic bait and switch. The photos of the hotel may have been real but they were extremely old. To start with the opening to thr street is wide open, no door or other security measures. Anyone on the street can walk right in a up to the rooms which only lock with a standard key. It was dingy, dusty and outdated my first clue was the paper book check in. The bathroom floor and shower were dirty. There was even a soap dispenser with a layer of dirt on top of it and a old tattered hand towel folded at the entrance from the bathroom to the bedroom. The house shoes looked like they were about 10 years old and had been worn by multiple people over the years. The TV had a layer of dirt on it and the balcony furniture looked like it had not been used in years. 10 minutes after arriving we made a reservation elsewhere and lost our money for 4 nights but there was no question about if we should stay due to the condition of the property, and lack of safety features. Once we drug our luggage back downstairs it took us over 30 minutes to get transportation to our new hotel due to be so far away from central Hoi An. Clearly I would NOT recommend anyone stay at this hotel

The pictures were NOTHING like the property. It was very old and dirty. Check in was done on paper. Zero amenities. Walls and bathroom had visible mold and dirt. The house shoes were also very old and there was an old towel coming out of bathroom. Key was a normal house key and door was not secure. We walked out 5 min after going in and lost 4 nights that we paid for and went to a new hotel. It took us 20 minutes to find a car that would come get us because it was so far from town.

Good, unusual 2 star hotel in fairly central location. My room had a lovely view on the river. Rooms are very big. The bathroom could do with a bit of renovation but still all right. Breakfast is Vietnamese style, served by very friendly staff. The location is good, close to the town centre, but you need to cross a bridge with only a narrow pedestrian pavement. I would definitely use again

I stayed in room 302 which had a nice view (through window bars) of the waterway at the rear of the building. But I felt a bit caged in with the bars and because of all the dark wooden furniture it was gloomy. There was a terrible smell throughout my 4 night stay, particularly in the bathroom. It had a blocked drain/cooked cabbage rotten odour which I told Adam the manager about and the fact he said nothing and there was a fragrance oil burner in the bathroom seemed to indicate it he was aware of it. By day 3, my room had not been cleaned and I had to ask Adam for more toilet paper (no spare - only one roll on arrival) and the waste paper bin was overflowing. He didn’t appear surprised or apologetic but it was attended to. On my first morning I tried breakfast. There was no choice and I was given a dish containing meat. I explained that I’m a vegetarian so it was replaced by an egg dish. If you’re expecting a buffet or vegetarian options I wouldn’t recommend it. The location is a good 15-20 minute walk from the main tourist area so it’s quite quiet if you’d prefer to be further away from attractions but I wish we’d been closer as after a day of sightseeing we always took a car back to save further distance. I didn’t book this room for myself and wish we’d spent bit more money to get a better location and nicer experience. It’s a shame that there were negative elements as there’s potential for it to be a good option for a budget stay on the outskirts of the tourist area.

Phòng quá đẹp, không gian cao cấp vì toàn bộ nhà trang trí rất nhiều tranh của hoạ sĩ, giống 1 triển lãm vậy. Mình thích không khí ở đây, vườn cạnh sông đẹp, nhân viên khách sạn nhiệt tình chỉ dẫn, nói chung là một trong những nơi lưu trú có dịch vụ tốt nhất mình từng trải nghiệm.
