호이안에 1박 하고 싶어서 급하게 예약하고 왔는데 생각보다 너무 깔끔하고 좋았어요! 수영장도 아기자기하고 넘 예뻤어요 스텝분들도 다 친절하셨답니다 영어 다 잘하셔서 대화 가능해용 굿이에요!👍🏻

직원들의 친절과 청결도 서비스는 최상급 입니다 그러나 관광지와의 거리가 멀어 택시를 이용 하였으며 셔틀이 있었으나 하루 2번으로 불편한것 외에는 아주좋았습니다

親切、溫馨、舒適、放鬆&美好的回憶，是我對這家渡假酒店的經驗總結，雖然酒店位置不是在步行可以到達會安古鎮的距離（需要搭乘Grab）卻也帶來了寧靜的環境。 工作人員親切的接待、說明相關服務細節，以及在酒店內有機會遇見的每一位員工都是笑臉迎人，這是相當難能可貴到的事情，期待下次再來入住。

Realmente todo maravilloso, muy amables, muy atentos, nos proporcionaron siempre buenos tips e informacion para hacer de nuestra estadía la mejor. El desayuno es divino y variado. Mis hijas disfrutaron mucho la piscina y las habitaciones muy amplias cómodas y espaciosas..las toallas impecables.

I fully enjoyed the cleanliness and great service from all the staff. however I chose this hotel because of their bathtub as well. Disappointed by it because they control the hot water timing for the bathtub. So there is only hotwater for 10minutes , which is not enough to fill the tub. And for the next 10mins it is cold water. Hope there is an option for the rooms to choose if they want this hot water to automatically turn cold after 10mins... Other than this. Everything is great

저는 1달에 한번씩 해외여행 다니면서 다이아몬드 찍었습니다 다녀본 호텔중 최고로 직원분들이 너무친절하고 모든걸 신경써주시는걸 처음 느꼈습니다 만약에 늦게일어나서 방 청소를 못하면 늦게 돌아올때 어메니티 , 샤워타워 등 밤늦게 들어가도 다시 챙겨주십니다 체크아웃을 7am에 했는데 이렇게 일찍 하실줄 몰랐다고 공항가는길에 먹을 음식을 따로 포장도 해주십니다 제 여행 인생중 최고의 호텔이면서 직원분들이 99%를 만들어 주신다고 생각해요 이 지역에 다시 온다면 무조건 다시 머무르겠습니다 진짜 최고🙏

가성비 굿👍🏼 위치는 올드타운, 안방비치를 차로 10분 정도 이동해야 하지만 올드타운은 오전, 오후 각 2회씩 호텔에서 드랍과 픽업 서비스가 지원됨. 안방비치는 그랩 이용. 리조트 내 스파는 다낭 아리스파보다 훨씬 좋음👍🏼👍🏼 분위기, 기술 다 좋았고 스크럽도 베리 굿~ 조식은 다양하지 않으나 깨끗하고 친절함.
