Good place to spend a couple of days un Hoi An. Good balance between price and quality.

Nice room but they tried to overcharge us when we left. We told the man the correct price and he got very aggressive, screaming and shouting at me. I told him I would no longer converse and he could wait and speak with my boyfriend. When my boyfriend returned and tried to explain, the man came out from behind the counter screaming and charged at me. The owner eventually got involved and we were charged the correct amount after some time. Also the family that run the place are extremely loud at all times and there was no peace and quiet during our stay. They were flexible in letting us extend and did our laundry, although this was at a higher price than we saw advertised everywhere else. Good location but I’d say you can find better with nicer customer service in Hoi An.

Prettige verlijf in Hoi An Prettig verblijf dicht bij het centrum van Hoi An. Makkelijk af te lopen (ca. 50 meter). Behulpzame eigenaresse om bijvoorbeeld een (goed geprijsde) taxi te regelen.

The photos shown online are not tally with the physical room. Upon check in, one of my room is not available as the existing guests didn't check out. It's really ruin my day. Ceiling at the bathroom is so disgusting. It's not recommended to stay here.

Slight hiccup before I arrived. Was asked by the establishment to change my room to a smaller room as they overbooked. I agreed since it would cost less. The room was small, water pressure and hot water were unstable. There were tiny insects in the bedroom, it was a good thing I brought a spray along. Not allowed to bring shoes in, yet they don’t provide a proper storage place for our shoes. It was a good thing we had shoe bags so we brought shoes to our room. The next day it rained and shoes (not ours) were just left out. The awning they used during the rain didn’t provide much help in keeping shoes dry. Good location as it was 2 minutes walk from eateries and 5 minutes walk from the old town. The owner was little upset that we chose to book our own grab transport for a day trip instead of using her contact.

Very nice place priced very good and they looked after us like family. Also has a nice pool and so close to everything I highly recommend! Its great for family we got a joined two rooms and the children loved it. Thank you guys !!
