Very home stay hotel

Lovely host, very friendly and considerate. The place was good and very close to the important places and restaurants (walking distance). Highly recommend.

super convenient to the old town as its just walking distance away. there’s also a family owned laundry business right next door at an affordable price! the housekeeper is also super friendly and helpful (she doesn’t speak english but will use google translate to communicate) the onlt thing about this place is that it doesn’t have a lift but if you’re traveling lightly, there’s no worries! the room itself is very well maintained and clean! there are also brochures in the lobby for you to book day trips/tours and its cheaper than the ones i’ve seen online

Very basic accommodation, ten minutes walk from the historical center. Swimmingpool is tiny. My room was large, but basic. Staff didn't speak English.

The room was smelly and bugs and ants are everywhere , it wasn’t clean at all , the sheets were dirty

Habitación muy grande y limpia. Con nevera y amenities. Lejos del ruido del centro de la ciudad pero suficientemente cerca para ir andado (unos 7/8 minutos) El desayuno bueno y el personal amable. La piscina es pequeña pero suficiente para refrescarte.

We arrived and the host was not present. The staff did not speak a word of English had to use Google translate which was very challenging; we booked a 1 bed they put us in a 2 bdrm and made us move the next day as we were leaving for our outing. Communication was terrible practically abysmal. AC was not functioning properly it was very cold and could not adjust temperature, windows did not close properly, the 1bdrm (Rm303) bathroom had no shower curtain or door so when you’re showering the entire bathroom floor is wet! There was condensation in our (outside) bedroom door. Our friends stayed in the room next to us and there was mold on the wall. The host/owner really need to fix/clean it up before renting the rooms in that type of condition.

Clean, well located property, I stayed for 2 nights, 1 night there was a woman in charge, I asked her for breakfast and laundry services and told me that the services need to be requested the day before so I was starving and with all my clothes dirty. The second night there was a flood due to bad weather and there was anybody at the hotel, I was the only person at the hotel, I had to find out a way to leave the property walking barefoot through the river. Common sense tells me that if there is an emergency in town the most important people must be your guests if you own a hotel. The manager asked me to be in charge of closing the doors or turning the lights off during the first day. Not the best experience!
