BEWARE COCKROACHES. While the hotel itself is well located in Hoi An and the staff is friendly, we encountered multiple cockroaches in our room during the night.

訂了一間標準房間，入住時（下午二點多）店家説該房還沒退房且有小孩，重新安排一間房給我，但安排的房間在四樓（樓梯），且房間是頂樓，是閣樓改造的，有接近一半的房間要彎腰。對於長者家來説實在不適合。

Très bien séjour au Pham Gia villa ! L’emplacement est idéal, à proximité de la vielle ville. Le personnel est très accueillant et disponible en cas de besoin.

Correct, un peu bruyant, dejeuners de base mais très bon prix.

The hotel is nice and cosy. The people are friendly.

Lovely stay

The facilities were underdeveloped but friendly. The blanket is thin and it can be inconvenient. It's cost-effective. You should look at the cleanliness with cloudy eyes.

Personal excelente El personal es muy servicial y nos ayudó mucho a contratar algunos tours. La habitación no tenia lujos pero es más que suficiente. El hotel está bien ubicado, en una zona tranquila pero no lejos del centro.

Lovely stay We spent 5 nights at this lovely and cosy hotel. The room was spacious and the pool was exactly after exploring the area. They provided lots of helpful recommendations and the vegetarian restaurant opposite is worth a visit.

Neat and tidy homestay Great location for 15’ walks to any part of old Hoi An. Very reasonable price with and spacious rooms.

Ekkelt Lakenet var nok rent, luktet rent, og vi endevendte madrasser etc i tilfelle. Men l lakenet var fullt av flekker som ikke hadde gått bort i vask, ekkelt! Verten var ikke tilstede, og portlren som var der måtte komunisere med oss gjennom facetime med vert.

Lovely place great location nice and helpful staff Lovely little place. Staff are lovely and v helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Quiet. Good location. Bikes available to hire (30.000 vnd per day) but th old town is in easy walking distance (10 mins to the border of the old town, 20 mins to the river). The owner/receptionist arranged a great tour for me to try out bamboo boats. Also arranged the airport shuttle to Danang. Everything very reasonably priced. Would happily have stayed longer.
