Bad villa, the staff isn't friendly, no tissue in bathroom, small room, ants & crackers everywhere, aircondition not good, NO COMEBACK...... too bad , I had a bad experience here. I travel a lot but this is the worst villa. Anyone who wants to choose a place to rest should consider it. - Staff are not enthusiastic and friendly. I spent money to use their services but it was like I was asking them for something, their attitude was rude - Room hygiene was not clean, the toilet smelled horribly, there were no tissues for guests to use, luckily I brought it along, there were ants crawling around in every corner. - Air conditioner not working properly - The service price list sells beer and other bottled water, but guests are prohibited from drinking beer. Going on a trip feels like being controlled - It says you're allowed to use the kitchen to cook but it's annoying for guests when they use it. There's a staff member for breakfast but it's annoying to come down late at night to borrow a spoon and a bowl. - Location is Far. it's too terrible

No están organizado para la gente europea, no hablan inglés y hay una organización no deseable el Hotel está bastante bien pero falta el servicio para satisfacer a los europeos no hablan bien inglés. Es +1 Hotel para asiáticos. Lo siento, pero es muy bien comunicar y que se mejoren para nosotros europeos
