A lovely place to stay at. Super friendly host who helped us with booking taxi, train ride, bike rental and gave us lots of tips for restaurants and other places to see in Hoi an. The rooms were clean with comfortable beds and pillows. Room cleaning every day, filled up the fridge with water and other drinks. Hot showers were provided through out the day. It's those little things that make the stay worth while. Another big plus was the different breakfast they served each day, felt like the adjusted them according to what we liked. We are super happy we found this hidden gem!

We had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful villa with spacious, well-decorated rooms that provided comfort and a relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast each morning was not only delicious but also thoughtfully prepared, adding a warm and homely touch to our experience. Mai, along with her wonderful family, went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our stay was perfect. We had a comfortable 2-night stay at Hoianoi Villa during our trip to Hoi An. Chị Mai is very friendly and attentive who quickly responded to our inquiries, making us feel welcome and appreciative. The room is fully equipped and room service was prompt, thorough, and tidy. We particularly enjoyed the Champa-style decor of our room, which beautifully blended old and new elements, creating an impressive and elegant atmosphere while staying there.

We loved this property! It was a stunning boutique hotel with excellent service. Mai arranged for a driver to pick us up at the Da Nang station and she met us immediately upon arrival. I had written in my booking request that we welcomed any local recommendations; she already had pulled multiple pamphlets and had ideas for all interests and helped us book any tour we wanted. She and her staff provided amazing customer service and were very kind and communicative. Being born and raised Hoianese, she was an invaluable part of our visit. We really enjoyed the area as well, it was in a quiet, local part of town next to restaurants but within walking distance to the markets and bars. She’s just outside the bridge for the gates for the “Memories” show (also recommend). I hope to one day return to see Mai and her family!

Mai, la gérante m'a accueillie chaleureusement. Elle parle très bien anglais. Elle, son mari et même ses enfants m'ont beaucoup aidé et m'ont proposé différentes activités dans la région. J'ai pu facilement leur louer un vélo pour me déplacer. Ils se rendent très disponibles à tout moment. Un grand merci !

The place is really special, and Mai and Family are wonderful hosts . They provided all support, kindness and so much Love ♥️ The house is beautiful , carefully designed and decorated . The service is unique . Breakfast the best one :) with special Vietnam coffee . We had the most beautiful time at HoiAn, and at Vietnam . Grateful to have been there . We highly recommend Mai’s place .

Very nice rooms, out of the centre just enough so you can enjoy a bit of a piece and quiet. Pool is amazing to cool off on those hot days.

Hoianoi villa is so lovely. The architrcture is very attractive. Here, we're having a terrific time. Nearly everything is amazing. The host is really pleasant and does all in the ability to assist us. We were extremely appreciative. Highly recommend.

The villa is spacious, comfortable, and beautiful. Each room has it's own AC and bathroom. It is very close to Old Town Hoi An, so it is very convenient as well. Breakfast is delicious and the hosts are very kind. Would love to come back for another visit!
