It was a very clean and nice place the only thing was our cable went out on both tvs in our suite and never came back on

Terrible experience due to the room condition. The table was broken and had the leg propped up against it. The ceiling has some holes patched that had the plaster still dangling from it. The tile flooorng was coming apart everywhere. The lamp was broken and overall the quality of all the furniture and even the tv being mounted to the wall gives you a feeling of a ran down hotel. Much dirtier than the pictures eluded

The best experience we have had! Customer service was amazing, Velma was ready to help us always with a smile on her face us, the breakfast was amazing Maria is always so friendly and has amazing customer service!! Definitely would choose this hotel again!!

Avoid the elevators! The lady behind the desk was very sweet! Our room was nice. However when I made the reservation I asked for first floor, due to my mother being disabled and my husband just had shoulder surgery 2 days prior. They couldn’t accommodate so okay, moved on. That Sunday came around the elevator is broke we’re on the 3rd floor. This is our 3rd time staying here and every time the elevator breaks. It’s either the comfort or the main stay. We have 3 kids, a mother that’s disabled and a husband that can’t lift. It was a disaster. I couldn’t wait around for maintenance to come and fix it.

Great family stay Great hotel, great breakfast (not just pastry/donuts), indoor pool, no hot tub or spa. Great rooms, 2 hotels joined with big rooms, some rooms with full kitchens for extended stays. Excellent stay for price, friendly hotel staff, very clean and comfortable. Next to green meadows lake, beautiful views, fishing, romantic stroll, or picnic at the covered tables.

Run Down, Poor Service I gave this property a second chance because I like the layout of the room. I regret that. The first time it was ants and I had to purchase my own ant spray. I wasn’t offered anything for the inconvenience. This time I drove in late with my kids. They not only double charged my card, I had to walk all the way to front from the separate suites building 4 times because my key cards weren’t working. I’ve machines didn’t work and they refused to allow me a late check out because it “added stress on the staff”. I asked for a manager multiple times, they weren’t onsite, nor did they call me at my request.

As far as your current stay we would like to apologize for failing to meet your expectations, Our staff works Very Hard to ensure our guests enjoy their stay. We are aware of the Ice machine issue, and we are at the vendors discretion, however we do have ice machines on every floor available. Also Management is available 7 days a week on our property. If it is after hours you may catch us next day during business hours. We do apologize again we did have 2 sold out hotels all week and weekend long and we do as best as possible to accommodate each guest.Thank you,Amanda Garcia

It’s like a studio apartment!!!! This was my first time staying at the Main stay, I absolutely loved it. The room felt like a studio apartment. Nice and roomy the kitchen was awesome. I will definitely start using this hotel when I travel. The only negative the shower drain didn’t drain during my shower, which I’ve experienced that at other hotels. The fold out couch was wore didn’t close all the way flat, probably time for a new one. You can still sit on the couch. I will definitely stay here again when I’m in Hobbs NM

An anma experience every time. My wife and I always stay here and each time the front desk makes it very easy checking in. Our room is always neat and ready for us. Absolutely amazing service.
