Хорошее расположение отеля, минут 15 пешком до главной улицы. Достопримечательности, почти все достаточно далеко, можно до некоторых доехать на велосипеде. Хозяева приветливые, подскажут куда сходить, что посмотреть и организуют экскурсии. Номер большой, в январе холодно, даже с кондиционером. В душе засор, вода не уходит и выливается по всей комнате, в туалет сходить невозможно, так как вода будет по щиколотку. Много пыли в ящиках и паутина. Бутылки с водой давно не меняли, пробки уже чёрные. Чайник очень старый, внутри его не моют. Завтрак очень лёгкий, небольшой выбор.

Family run hotel, very friendly and supportive in a wonderful peaceful area, but still close to busy Tam coc main street. We extended our stay. Good breakfast, had 6 options to choose from, lovely view. Highly recommended.

Прекрасный отель утопающий в зелени. Хозяин отеля очень приветливый и приятный, все нам показал и рассказал. Номера чистые и новые. В душевой бы сделать перегородку, чтобы вода везде не брызгала, в остальном все отлично. Есть бесплатная аренда велосипедов.

We had a lovely stay at Nan House! Mr. Tuan was super friendly and helpful - he booked us taxis and gave us advice on places to go. We had free bikes to use around town and the hotel itself has lovely little garden areas with tables which were curated beautifully. The location was great, just off the busy street so very quiet but very close to everything. It was too cold to go in the pool, but it looked beautiful and clean - would be excellent in sunnier weather. The rooms were clean and spacious. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area!

Nan House ist sehr ruhig gelegen und doch nahe beim Zentrum. Mit den kostenlosen Fahrrädern erreicht man diverse Sehenswürdigkeiten. Tuan ist sehr hilfsbereit und kann all unsere Wünsche erfüllen. Frühstück und die anderen Mahlzeiten sind sehr lecker.

We can recommend this homestay emough . Stayin for 3 nights but may not enough. Staffs and hosts ‘re really nice, room is convenient and surrounding views are superb. 3 cute kittens and best mountain view ever in Ninh Binh. Pretty near famous destination, Tam coc and Bich Dong pagoda is best. Nice pool, nice local dishes and smiling people

Nhà mình đã đi từ mồng 3- mồng 5 Tết. Mình may mắn khi đặt được phòng tại Nan House khi có đoàn tour hủy đoàn. Mình rất thích không gian yên tĩnh như nhà Nan, em bé nhà mình lúc về vẫn muốn quay lại nhà Nan Chỗ ở sạch sẽ thơm mùi quế, cảm giác ấm áp như ở nhà Đồ ăn chuẩn cơm mẹ nấu Nhà mình sẽ tiếp tục quay lại lần tới

We had an amazing time at Nan House! Ha and her husband were incredibly hospitable, and the food was absolutely delicious. The rooms were spacious and cozy, and the property itself was stunningly beautiful. Highly recommend!

Nice place, and really friendly and helpful host. It’s near the town but is there really calm and you can feel the nature. The host will advice you how to spent time . You can also rent a scooter or take a bike for free. I really recommend this place.

We had an unforgettable stay at Nan house. Our bedroom was large and beautiful, the facilities are charming, and we also really enjoyed the breakfast in the morning and using the free bikes (and scooter rentals if you can drive them) to explore the surroundings! What set Nan House apart from any other stay in our world travels is the exceptional communication, kidness and resourcefulness of Nan House, who provided us invaluable and extremely agile support with transportation arrangements to and from Nan House and also during stay in Tam Coc. Their service went above and beyond expectations when I forgot a personal item upon my departure, and they took the time and energy to ensure it was delivered to me the following morning at my next destination several hours away!! Such personal and genuine support made a real difference in our trip and it marked our experience in Vietnam. We feel fortunate to have chosen Nan House!

We know about Nan House through a friend who works as a manager there (Ms.Linh). We spent 2 days and 1 night at this homestay and were very satisfied with all the services: the rooms were clean and beautiful, the food in the homestay was of high quality (we had all our meals here), and the staff were friendly and enthusiastic. Nan House is very convenient for taking the bus from Hanoi and visiting the scenic spots in Ninh Binh Province. I will definitely return here with my American boyfriend in 2025.

We realized once we arrived that we had reserved the perfect place (Nan House) to see Tam Coc. Nan House is located about a 5 minute bike ride off the main road where the boat rides and businesses are located. The main road is very active with crowds, lights and motor bikes. So we were glad we reserved at Nan House, which was a quiet oasis. The staff is friendly and helpful, as was the owner. We spend 3 nights at Nan House. We had breakfasts and dinners at the Nan House Restaurant, which were excellent. Free bicycles are available and the owner kindly arranged for a driver to take us back to Hanoi. He also arranged for a driver to take us to areas that were too far to reach by bicycle. It was a wonderful stay that I highly recommend to others.
