The hotel staff is very friendly. We only stayed one night and it was ok.

We arrived at night. It was a bit messy because we booked a room in their honestay but they gave us a room in a different homestay (same family). It was great to be fair! Great view, great rooms, very clean. Lovely family. They take good care of you. Lovely stay

Great little hotel a couple of minutes walk from the center. When checking in, I was treated to iced tea and fruit. The room is clean, nice, there is 2 bottles of water, kettle + coffee and tea. The bed and bed linen are good. The hostess is wonderful lady and tried to help in every way. She gave a bottle of water and crackers when I go road by bicycleo or check-out. Breakfast is delicious and very filling. The wi-fi worked reliable. Cons: - bicycles are paid, they cost 50K and they are in poor condition. - The curtain between the room and the toilet is mold :( - Beautiful basic interior, but there are things like a rug and trash cans that spoil the interior) In general, this is a very good hotel with excellent service, good room and location, I recommend it.

Хороший отель за свою цену. Действительно Homestay, так как мы часто мило общались с семьей, владеющей этим отелем. Хозяйка очень добродушная, поможет на любую просьбу. Немного плесени в номере, но как я понимаю это вечная проблема во Вьетнаме + скрипучая кровь, но в целом неплохо. Также брали байки на прокат прямо у хозяйки, 100к за байк на сутки.

We really felt like home there! Good location, tasty breakfast with lots of fruits and very nice people. The room has everything you need. We would like to stay here again!

I had the best stay at Tam Koi. The room was clean. The host was extremely nice. I was able to rent a scooter for an affordable price. And when I left the host gave me snacks and water which was really nice. I would definitely recommend this place

It was an incredible place to stay. Right in the middle of Tam Coc, very close to the shops and the city centre. The service was magnificent, we were greeted with fruits and tea and the host was really kind at helping us navigate through the city. We felt welcomed and at peace.

Good clean home stead with good customer service

Расположено в центре, в очень оживленном районе. Вокруг куча кафе и супермаркетов. Очень радушные хозяева! Мы приехали поздно ночью из-за задержки рейса. Нас встретили чаем и фруктами. Номер огромный! Завтраки вкусные и с очень большим количеством фруктов. Через хозяйку забронировали автобус до Халонга, оказалось намного дешевле, чем покупать в офисах. В дорогу дали воду и снеки. Нас не очень повезло с погодой, был постоянный туман и дождь, но в этом была своя атмосфера. У хозяйки можно взять в аренду велосипед и (вроде бесплатно) и мотороллер 100000 за сутки. Нам ещё бесплатно дали дождевики на всю семью. От души рекомендую данный отель. Если ещё когда-то будет здесь, то обязательно остановимся у этих хозяев!

Очень хороший отель с проживанием в семье! Номер большой, кровати удобные, в душе хороший напор и горячая вода. Есть все гигиенические принадлежности. Завтраки супер вкусные и разнообразные (много фруктов). Отель находится в отличном месте, рядом много достопримечательностей до которых можно доехать на велосипеде/мопеде. Так же рядом много ресторанчиков.

We called this the 'Grandma Hotel' because you're truly taken care of. Breakfast is a feast of all the fruits plus eggs and bread, almost more than you can eat. Motorbikes are only 100k per day to rent and they're well looked after. She goes out of her way to make sure you're comfortable and happy, without charging you loads of money for everything. The rooms are spotless and big, with good amenities. The location is good, walking distance to the main high street. I really have no complaints, truly a great hotel!
