From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed. Check in at 7pm was pretty seamless and we were brought to our room which was decent enough, its a biiiit old but ok and clean. Only gripes is for the price paid, there were no welcome drinks in room, minibar was empty and the kettle was really cheap looking (we didn't end up using it anyway). Breakfast has a great variety especially Japanese and Korean food (it is a Japanese chain) and the staff are friendly. Not sure about all rooms but ours had a air purifier also which was strong and handy as the haze index was quite high. Plus point, there is a shuttle service and in the room the bed was SUPER comfy. We enjoyed our stay.

A great 5 star hotel. We stayed during peak Dec- Jan time so a bit pricey but otherwise a great stay. Central location, staff is very helpful ( we were able to get late checkout by 1 pm if I remember correctly ) .

Location is perfect and service meets high level standards. However, hardware inside the room needs to be improved. For example 1. Need to have leg stool for the sofa, better relaxation. 2. Should have Iron board inside the room 3. No socket for hair dryer in toilet 4. No make up mirror in toilet for close up 5. Should have tower rack in toilet

Jin Ah was lovely on our checkout and had assisted with our bags. La Vela is lovely and the services and facilities are amazing. Highly recommend.

We booked for a family of 4 people (2 adults, 2 children). We were looking for apartments in the tallest building (landmark 81). When choosing, we relied solely on reviews. After a long flight, having warned in advance from the airport that we were leaving, we waited 40 minutes in the lobby for an employee to come to us. At the same time, they first tried to move us into another building from this residential complex, justifying this with the best view from the window. After the trial, they decided to put us in the landmark 81 building. When the staff brought us to the apartments, it turned out that someone was already living in them. After that, it took another 40 minutes for us to find another room in this building, and eventually we were moved into a three-bedroom apartment (we booked with two), which is why we were asked to move again the next day. As a result, we were provided with a free late eviction service for all the inconveniences caused. We also asked to leave our luggage for storage after check-out for a couple of hours, as a result, we could not receive it for almost an hour and almost missed the flight because of this. Despite all this, I had a good impression, because the view from the apartment window allowed me to smooth out all the shortcomings of the staff. If you need a stunning view from the window and you are not afraid of difficulties, I recommend booking!
